“Just A Passing Through Experience”

Accommodations: Room # 7009, floor 2 ADA, 2 elevated Queen bed, roll-in shower, low toilet with guide bars. Parking lot view. Room has space for luggage relating to hiking. Horrible room for handicap. Located at end the of the hallway. It is not an ideal distance from lobby and restaurant. Pathway is like a maze. If comming from parking lot, the ramp is steep. Room is definitely outdated in decor and color paint scheme. Amenities: Coffee maker and mini-fridge fridge and microwave. Large indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Large outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Offers a large gym and basketbalk court. Pets allowed ($40). Laundry (fee). Fireplace in lobby, Ruby's general store and an old fasioned photography shop. Accessibility & Logistics: For travelers navigating with mobility aids (manual or motorized wheelchairs), this property offers accessible elevator access. ADA rooms are poorly planned with poor location. Parking: The property offers a abundance of parking spots and rv spots. Dining & Service: Complimentary hot buffet style breakfast, Ruby's dinner. Also offers made to order breakfast extra cost. Lunch and dinner is similar to cafeteria style. No chefs. Final Thoughts: Property is secluded from surrounding towns. Located near Bryce Canyon National Park aong a few other hotel chains.

“Business model, hospitality lacking”

Location was amazing to the Bryce Canyon and the Inn had everything you could need at an inflated price. Breakfast was okay. Enough selection but not amazing (canned fruit instead of fresh, terrible coffee and hot selection was limited). It felt very commercialised and their customer service was lacking. No smiles from staff or even the ability to answer my questions at check in. No attempt was made to try and accommodate our requests when we booked. The rooms were clean. They were so efficient at that, that they started cleaning our room at 8.30am before we’d even checked out.

Ruby's is great at hosting conferences! They take great care of each attendee and allow the use of their facilities. I highly recommend Ruby's as a great conference location!
