Wow the pool is the only good thing about this place. Better wi-fi in death valley, anyone above 5ft 7 will have to bend down to get under the shower head, the hotel restaurant is basically a morgue- absolutely no atmosphere, the staff do a good job to not smile and make you feel as uncomfortable as possible and i don’t know why i thought the… Read more

Better wi-fi in death valley, anyone above 5ft 7 will have to bend down to get under the shower head, the hotel restaurant is basically a morgue- absolutely no atmosphere, the staff do a good job to not smile and make you feel as uncomfortable as possible and i don’t know why i thought the cleaners would actually do their job. It’s like they are on dress up pushing around the cart from room to room and as soon as they enter the room, the just stare and leave. Couldn’t even be bothered changing our towels or giving us any toilet paper. The surrounding kayenta area is rough as hell, with only a mcdonald’s, burger king and local supermarket as the other food options. Please visit monument valley, enjoy the beautiful views and then leave and if not sleep in your car, don’t waste your money here !! Read less

Sorry, but at $200 a nite you would expect more - like cable news network ( Limited TV options) and a hot shower in the am - not just cold water. And a little more from the check out clerk like sorry you had to take a cold shower or thanks for letting us know - we’ll take care of it !!

Disappointing. I should have paid closer attention to the reviews. We were three and not super picky but... No Wi-fi in the rooms only in the lobby and we were there three nights. Room phone did not work. Room was dirty upon arrival. Fellow traveler cleaned toothpast splatters off the bathroom mirror and wiped out the drawers everywhere. … Read more
Disappointing. Amenities left for only one person. Lighting not good. Hard to see with just lamps. Had a one bedroom but there was no closet or other storage in the separate bedroom. Positives, front desk staff were helpful and restaurant servers and hosts friendly, pool beautiful, beds comfortable, restaurant was ok, location was great to Antelope Canyon and Monument Valley. No Internet -- had to go to the McDonalds. No Air Conditioning. No hot water -- warm at best. No refrigerator. No microwave. No water in the pool. No breakfast -- again, had to go to McDonalds. Only 2 of 4 exercise machines worked in the small room that was a "gym."

My husband tells me that I have become a bit of a hotel snob. But this place was really a great surprise. It is located very near to Monument Valley, very convenient. It was very clean, very quiet, and very adequate for a one night stay. My only observation was that a small breakfast offering would have really been nice.
