Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Park City was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcomed, valued, and right at home.
Our first interaction was with Ryan at the Front Desk, who was incredibly helpful and friendly and personally walked us to our room. Javier, the Front Desk Supervisor, was equally attentive. When we needed to make a quick trip to the drug store, he immediately offered to help and even offered us a ride in the hotel car. That level of genuine hospitality was so appreciated.
Dulia at Powder was fantastic—warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating of our special requests. Cody, the concierge, provided wonderful tips and recommendations for enjoying everything Park City has to offer. Kristen in Reservations was also exceptionally nice and helpful.
We also enjoyed a wonderful spa experience, where everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay, and it was especially impressive to see the General Manager himself out at valet greeting guests. That personal touch says a lot about the culture of the hotel.
The grounds were beautifully manicured and impeccably maintained, and our room was an absolute delight. The full kitchen and spacious bathroom made the accommodations feel comfortable and truly like a home away from home.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The service, attention to detail, beautiful property, and wonderful team made this a memorable experience. We are already making plans to return next year—not only to enjoy this exceptional hotel again, but also to experience more of everything Park City has to offer.
