Please avoid at all costs - they force you to take under construction building once the main one is full.

We stopped in Springdale on a Nation Parks road trip through Utah. This was a great place to stay. It was very clean, friendly staff, and somewhat quiet to be in a tourist town. The room was on the backside with a beautiful view of the mountains. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening with the fire pit and mountain views. The hotel is close to other shops and we walked to eat. There is a bus/tram stop #6 in front of the hotel and was convenient to visit Zion. We parked our car and didn't have to move it for two days.

Not only are the surroundings stunning but this hotel is outstanding! Clean! Friendly! Comfortable!
One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in from East coast to West Coast. Great breakfast with the friendliest manager who brightens your day! Whether on the back or front of the hotel your view is fantastic. Easy walk to restaurants and is a stop for the free tram.
