We were on a two week vacation from Canada down to Arizona. We stayed at many hotels. This was the MOST expensive and the worst.

Avoid this hotel. It is not as advertised.
We booked when it was a Holiday Inn Express and assumed it would have the amenities provided by Holiday Inn. However it was recently acquired by Hyatt and is under construction.
There are no bunk bed family rooms.
There is no laundry or pool or standard breakfast.
Parking is limited.
There is a ‘grab and go’ breakfast bag with a sausage and egg sandwich, granola bar, and yogurt but nothing like you might expect for the price of the room.
We were offered to drive to a nearby hotel and use their pool and laundry, which we did. The other hotel (the Hampton Inn) was lovely and the same rate so go there or anywhere else).
The hotel is currently very very sad. Please beware.

Undergoing massive refurb. Scale of works not made clear at time of booking or prior to arrival. Zero facilities available on site. 75% of rooms closed. It was like staying in a building site. Very inconvenient. Should have been offered stay at alternative hotel.
