“Bait and switch”

I just checked in to the hotel and I was assigned to the new wing. At first glance, it’s great. New rooms, double vanity, however, the kicker is they don’t have an elevator. So when traveling with a family - luggage, food, coolers, equipment, it’s a huge pain in the ass. I had to lug all that up stairs by hand. I wasn’t informed of this ahead of time and they offered no recompense.
Seems like they were eager to get bodies in rooms despite the place not being ready. Take your business elsewhere. This place only cares about your money and they hope you’ll put up with it because they are close to the park. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was wonderful with a shuttle stop directly to the park just a few feet in front of the hotel. The scenery around the hotel was stunning, and the free breakfast was a great plus for busy mornings. The rooms were updated and clean. We loved this hotel and our stay!

Beautiful location. Right where you want to be in Springdale - centrally located to all the nice bars and restaurants and away from the crazy park traffic and parking madness. Was a great home base for our trip to Zion.
