Not only are the surroundings stunning but this hotel is outstanding! Clean! Friendly! Comfortable!
One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in from East coast to West Coast. Great breakfast with the friendliest manager who brightens your day! Whether on the back or front of the hotel your view is fantastic. Easy walk to restaurants and is a stop for the free tram.

Let me set the scenario here, to get a hotel in Springdale at certain times of year is no small feat. This place on my credit cards travel portal with a special points boost. It had a string of bad reviews because they had changed brands and were remodeling, but the photos looked amazing. Anyway i go this gem for points and talk about score, its now a Hyatt Place, and brand new everything. Staff were all so nice especially the breakfast ladies. Our room was smallish but spotless and super charming and plenty of corners to store our stuff. Bar, with lite bites, several lovely decks with chairs to stair at the park, nice deck out back, patio and large fire pit, pool and hot tub its got it all! They were still remodeling the second wing when we were there but when done it’s going to be nice. The location is great for walking to the bus stop, other shops, restaurants and coffee. Honestly i don’t know how you do better.

Disappointment regarding the standard of housekeeping service quality of cleaning on the days that I specifically requested it fell far short of expected hotel standards.
I deliberately balled up all used towels and removed the cover from the empty tissue box. Upon returning to my room that evening, I was dismayed to find that only the bed had been made. The used towels remained untouched on the floor exactly where I had left them, and the empty tissue box had not been replaced, despite my clear attempts to signal the need for replacement.
I promptly contacted the front desk to report these issues, and it was particularly concerning to be informed during that conversation that this appears to be a known and recurring problem within the hotel.
I chose your hotel anticipating a comfortable and well-maintained environment, and unfortunately, the housekeeping experience did not meet these basic expectations.
