Horrible experience that lady at front desk couldn’t help trying to get my reservation then trying to get more money from me telling me to cancel my reservation and book trough her, long story short lost time and money, do not stay here

This place is disgusting and when you want to leave they will not refund you vary rude staff always had something to say under their breath blankets had holes in them also the towels were so old you could see threw them the floor was disgusting my socks were black after walking in the room

There are NO ELEVATORS. I am elderly and nowhere in the description does it say no elevators. There are inadequate amounts of plugs for your electronic devices. The price is inexpensive, but it was lacking in services. Carpets are dark and very dirty. Breakfast was nice.
