We had a wonderful stay at this lovely resort in the North of Virginia Beach, right next to Neptune Park. The location was perfect, with easy access to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, rentals, activities, and nightly entertainment. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with spacious rooms, lovely décor, a beautiful pool overlooking the beach, and convenient, affordable parking. The staff was professional, friendly, and responsive. When we experienced a brief issue with the air conditioning, an engineer arrived promptly, explained the problem, and quickly resolved it. We were incredibly grateful for the excellent service! I'm sorry I couldn't remember his name. Great service, it was a hot night! Overall, this is a wonderful resort for families and couples. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return! Great stay, thank you.
