“Ronnie is the best”

Our family had a wonderful experience. We extended our stay to five nights and used the valet parking. Ronnie was especially helpful and attentive as a valet. The one problem with low pressure in the shower was addressed immediately. Also very good food and were very accommodating to our two dogs. This is where we will stay again.

Fridgerator not working in our room and smell really bad that we have to buy air fresheners. Ac is bad made very loud noise, that we are not able to sleep good. Complained in the morning but Ms. Alrica blame us for not telling them so they can transfer us.. Who would want to complain midnight and get transferred with all our luggage and we are all very tired.So rude customer service. Not expect it from Hilton. I dont like giving bad reviews, but I have too so they can do better especially on treating customers.

Our group recently stayed overnight at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront in December while hosting a Holiday Gala, and I would like to specifically commend Doug B. for providing outstanding valet service throughout our stay. From arrival to departure, Doug was professional, courteous, and exceptionally attentive. Managing a large group during a formal event can be challenging, yet he handled everything with efficiency, patience, and a consistently positive attitude. He went above and beyond to ensure our guests felt welcomed and well taken care of, which made a meaningful difference in the overall success of our event. His level of service truly reflected the high standards of the Hilton brand, and we are very grateful for the care and hospitality he showed to our group. Please extend our sincere thanks and recognition to Doug for a job exceptionally well done. We look forward to returning and would be delighted to experience this level of service again.
