“Great experience for wedding accomodations”

The historical hotel is lovely. The suites are spacious and well appointed with colonial furniture. The jazz bar has comfortable relaxed seating. The showers were hot and powerful. The front staff was very friendly

“Mold Bathroom and Black Hair in the Sheets”

Oct 10, 2026Jodie B

They are not paying their housekeeping staff fairly and they are unable to provide mold free rooms. After I notified them of the mold they promised to correct and failed to deliver. I can not recommend this hotel . The restaurant was closed and breakfast was not included . They over charge for a two star hotel. Parking was promised to be free and it was not. I demanded a full refund as Brie the housekeeper said they needed to close the room down as a result of the mold infestation. I brought my International Service Dog who does not have Black hair that sheds. I had to call for the sheets to be changed and had to do it myself . I travel the global and this is an old hotel . The spa and pool smell musty and old . Unpolished place living off of an old reputation. The place needs cleaning and updating. The carpets need shampooing etc.
