“Thanks Yoselin S. at Front Desk; Saved our Stay!!”

Diamond Hilton member here. In general, this hotel is like going back to 1995… Room assigned was very far from elevators going through very long hallways. Room had no luggage racks, not enough clothes hangers and no shower bathing gel. The good news is that They do care; Ms Maryalice proactively sent a text asking “how’s everything” and fixed it all; even offered to switch room. Hopefully next time will do it right from the beginning… The overall team here at restaurants and specially at Front Desk is fantastic, specially Ms Yoselin Solorza. HOWEVER, the HOUSEKEEPING TEAM SUCKS; to add insult to above injury they did not serviced our room one day. Thanks to the Front desk Team for Caring though !!

Boby was a fantastic bartender, Being away from home is hard and to have someone make you feel like family, means a lot. A true class act and I will see him if I come back!

Boby, Mr. Purification, and Johnny took great care of us. Best bartenders in the DC! Johnny also has the best suits. The food is tasty. I especially enjoyed my cheeseburger.
