I stayed at this hotel in March while attending the NGMA Conference, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. The location is a major highlight, conveniently situated near a variety of restaurants and popular sightseeing spots, making it easy to explore the area even on a tight schedule.
From the moment I walked in, the spacious lobby created a welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of seating for guests to relax or meet. What truly elevated the stay, however, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. A special shoutout to Hashem, who went above and beyond. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuinely positive attitude made a lasting impression. He’s a great asset to the team.
My room on the second floor was clean, comfortable, and offered a great view. The bed was especially cozy, and there was ample space for storage. The AC and water pressure both worked perfectly, which made the stay even more comfortable. There were a couple of minor inconveniences: the in-room mini fridge didn’t seem to function properly and was difficult to open, and the TV required manually turning it on before the remote would work. A small but noticeable quirk that a colleague also experienced.
Despite arriving late one evening, I was still able to grab a burger and fries at the bar & grill, and the food did not disappoint, served hot and satisfying. While slightly on the pricier side for the portion size, the quality made up for it. The bartender was attentive and ensured my drink was always topped off, which added to the experience.
The hotel gym was impressively spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with workouts while traveling. The on-site café, District, offered a nice variety of drinks, snacks, fruit, and coffee. While the staff was very friendly, service could be a bit slow at times, and I noticed the fruit selection wasn’t as fresh later in the day.
All in all, I spent five days here and had a great experience. Between the excellent staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location, it was a solid choice for both the conference and downtime with colleagues. I would definitely consider staying here again.
