In Downtown Washington DC, a 10-minute walk to the White House and 20 minutes to the Washington Monument. Transfer time from Washington Dulles International Airport: 35 minutes.

Studio King Rooms are approximately 358 sq ft and feature 1 king-size bed plus a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Executive Rooms are approximately 378 sq ft and situated on higher floors, with enhanced amenities and either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Franklin Park View Rooms are 252 - 312 sq ft in size and offer views of Downtown DC's largest green space, eith wither 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

So, this was a bit of a mixed bag. The good first...service was AMAZING. I would go back just for that. The amenities in our rooms (although we were all there for a vendor event booked by the same people, same way, same room categories cause I checked....)but we all had different things. Some people had robes, some didn't. Some had slippers, some didn't. Some had a paid mini bar, some didn't. Some had huge rooms...some had tiny. Some people had sparkling water in the room some didn't. It was a complete mystery as to the variation in the room. In my room, I didn't have the paid mini bar, slippers, had a small room where some horrible sound was coming out of the garage which was my view, and I had to move the couch across the room to pull the chair out from the desk it was that tight...but was okay. I had a very difficult time getting the spigot knob pulled up to turn on the shower, but once on it was fine. When I realized I didn't have slippers, I happened to be logging into the wifi, which asked for a review and I said I didn't have them. Literally...and I mean literally, they were at my door in less than 5 minutes. You don't find service like that ever anymore, so that was huge and appreciated. They also had a free champagne bar in the lobby WITH strawberries on Wednesday night as we can back from a long day of meetings and that was both amazing and appreciated. Location was good. There was a small hiccup with the room type when we arrived for a conference, but Sabrina and Destiny jumped in to solve it quickly. They were so kind, helpful, and hospitable while we waited. Sabrina went above and beyond to listen to what we needed and immediately took action to call and make it right.

When we opened the door to our room, we saw it was the wrong type and had only one bed. We returned to the front desk a bit dismayed, but luckily, Sabrina was on staff. My coworker and I walked in for our first stay at the Hamilton Hotel after a long day. Sabrina was amazing and helped us check in. When we opened the door to our room, we saw it was the wrong type and had only one bed. We returned to the front desk a bit dismayed, but luckily, Sabrina was on staff. She immediately investigated and took ownership of the situation. While seeing what options we had, she had our baggage checked in and ensured that we also had a complimentary drink while we waited. Thanks to Destiny and Sabrina's collaboration, our room issue was corrected almost immediately after. Sabrina herself said it best: "this is hospitality, and I am going to take care of you." We are so grateful for her help and can't wait for a great conference. Read less
