Your rooms is made to feel like a home from home. with bespoke furniture and unique artwork that keeps each room different, and will give you that warm-fuzzy feeling (don't worry - there is aircon for those summer trips!). No Goodbyes is the all day hangout thats on hand to cure those cravings, from coffee to cocktails, and brunch to late night bites. There's even a record player and a huge vinyl collection on hand for you to pick your own soundtrack.

“The Valet Service was AMAZING”

I had an outstanding experience at The LINE Hotel, and I have to give special recognition to the valet team — especially Tamerat and Kecha. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel genuinely welcomed.
Tamerat was incredibly friendly and attentive, greeting me with a warm smile and making sure everything with my vehicle was handled quickly and smoothly. Kecha went above and beyond to assist me when I was leaving — he was efficient, kind, and made the entire process seamless.
Their professionalism and positive energy set the tone for my entire stay. It’s rare to come across such exceptional service, and they truly made a great impression. Thank you, Tamerat and Kecha, for making my experience at The LINE Hotel so memorable!

Absolutely THE BEST! I LOVE this hotel and stay at it often when I have to go into DC. The rooms are spacious, spotless, QUIET, and beautifully appointed. The vibe is PERFECT. Hip. Not fussy. Lots of young professionals and families. Dogs allowed but I have rarely seen one there. Food is fantastic....not a big menu but what they have is extremely well done. Good for vegans and vegetarians. Room service comes quickly and the staff are so very kind and lovely. If you're lucky you'll get Kecha or Tecle for your valet. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and always go the extra mile. I am handicap and they go out of their way to make things easy for me. The HANDICAP rooms are fantastic. Truly set up to accommodate a wheelchair user. Proper bars, shower benches, bed height, etc. This place is a GEM.
