Low Deposit - T&C's

All new package holiday bookings confirmed between 00:01 Thursday 30th April 2026 and 23:59 Tuesday 26th May 2026, for travel after 24th July 2026, or more than 84 days after the booking confirmation date (which ever is later). Will qualify for a low deposit payment from £75 pp** Booking must include flight and accommodation or flight and car.

**The amount of the deposit will be confirmed to you at time of booking and will be determined by the nature and type of travel services you require. Some elements of your booking maybe non-refundable and require full payment at the time of booking.

Flexible booking policy - T&C's

Flexi policy applicable all new Package Holidays confirmed between 00:01 30 April through to 23:59 26 May 2026. For all travel dates through to 31 December 2027. Amendments are subject to availability at the time of change. Any increase in the holiday price must be paid by the customer at the time of amendment. Any existing promotional offers or discounts applied to the original booking may be reduced or no longer apply following a change. Non-refundable charges from third-party suppliers may still be payable. Valid amendments are: Date change, Destination change, Hotel change, Flight change & Name change. Name changes are permitted; however, the lead passenger must remain the same or the booking will be treated as a cancellation and standard cancellation charges will apply. Any date amendments for travel after 31 December 2027, standard Virgin Atlantic Holidays terns and conditions will apply.

All amendments must remain on the original booking reference (no new bookings can be created), and changes must be made by phone or in-store.

Flex Amendments are permitted on eligible booking up to 84 days prior to travel. For any amendments made within 84 days of travel standard Virgin Atlantic Holidays terns and conditions will apply.
