Help with logging in

You can log in to Flying Club using

  • Your registered email address or Flying Club Number
  • Your 10 or 11 digit password.

If you enter the wrong password three times you'll be locked out of your account. If that happens, you just need to reset your password.

Password requirements

If you've been using your login details since before 9 September 2018, your password will be:

  • Between 6 - 21 characters
  • No special characters.

If you joined Flying Club or have changed your password since 10 September 2018, the criteria is as follows:

  • Between 8 - 20 characters
  • Can contain up to 3 special characters 
  • No @ symbol
  • Must contain one uppercase and one lowercase letter
  • Must contain one number
  • Isn't your Flying Club account number or email address

If you're logging in with your email address, it'll be the one you gave us when you joined, and the one we send your Flying Club emails to.

Every Flying Club account requires a unique email address.  If you have shared one with another Flying Club member in the past, you'll need to log in with your Flying Club Number first and update your profiles with different email addresses.

Re-setting your password

We'll email you a link to reset your password. Keep an eye out for it - it will expire 24 hours after it's been sent. If your link has expired, just request a new one.


Logging in for the first time

The first time you log in to your Flying Club account you'll be asked to set up security questions and answers. The answers need to be a minimum of 4 and maximum of 100 characters.


Can't remember your Flying Club details?

If you've forgotten your Flying Club Number, simply fill in your email, first and last name and we’ll send it to you.

If you've forgotten your password, enter your email or Flying Club Number to reset it.

If you can't remember either, or you've been locked out of your account and can't get back in, give our Customer Service Centre a call. They'll be happy to help.
