Virgin Experience Days

Earning T&C's:

1. Your standard point earning will be credited to your Flying Club account within 45 days from purchase except travel and hotel bookings. Please allow up to 50 days from the date of purchase for any promotional points to be credited to your account. If points  have not been credited within 45 days or 50 days for promotional points, please fill out the missing points claim form which can be accessed by clicking on 'My Shopping History' on the Online Shopping Shops Away homepage.

Shops Away general terms and conditions:

1. If we believe that any form of Misconduct has occurred we may not award or may remove any Virgin Points from your account.

2. Members have up to 90 days to make a claim for missing points. All claims are resolved by us at our sole discretion.

3. Virgin Points are only awarded on purchases made online with third party retailers featured on the Flying Club Online Shopping Shops Away site or through the Shops Away Point Finder.

4.Tier Points will not be awarded for any purchase.

5. UK Flying Club members earn points on every GBP pound spent. Purchases need to be in local currencies.

6. In order to earn points the shopping transaction needs to be in the name of the Flying Club member.

7. We reserve the right to cancel any Virgin Points awarded to you in respect of a purchase which you subsequently cancel (i.e. if you didn't pay for or later returned the goods and/or services for which the points were awarded).

9. If coupon/voucher codes are used that are not listed on our Shops Away website, the transaction will not qualify for points.

Spend T&Cs:

Once Virgin Experience Days e-vouchers have been requested they are non refundable and there is no cash alternative.

Virgin Experience Days are open to all Flying Club members, however, a postal charge for Experience orders may apply outside the UK.

All Experience orders are despatched on the day the order is received, up to 12 noon. The package is sent out by first class post and should be received within 3 to 5 working days (the Christmas period may take longer).

This earning offer replaces all previous discounted offers from Virgin Experience Days.

This earning offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Virgin Experience Days themed boxes that can be purchased through retail outlets only, are not valid for the accrual of points.

All Experiences may be replaced, modified or withdrawn at any time and a suitable alternative will be offered in its place.
