The location of the hotel is perfect, but they don’t have enough parking. I have a regular pick-up truck (not modified or lifted), and it took us two hours to find parking. The location of the hotel is perfect, but they don’t have enough parking. I have a regular pick-up truck (not modified or lifted), and it took us two hours to find parking. At the back of the hotel, they only have five parking spaces, and of course, they were all taken. The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. A bellman tried to get me parking at the hotel’s receiving entrance. At first, I thought he was being kind and trying to solve our problem, but then I realized what he really wanted was to charge me money for that “favor,” without any security or authorization from the hotel, which I did not accept! I also approached a young lady at the front desk to ask about nearby parking options, and she responded in a rude and arrogant manner. It was a terrible experience for a family visiting Toronto for the first time from the USA. The only person who treated us kindly, was quick with his service, upgraded our rooms, and made sure they were next to each other was Mr. Francis at the front desk. Thank you, Francis.

We were in room 1440 and my partner woke up with bed bug welts. Today he has 16 welts. We had to leave our bags outside and spray everything down to make sure we hadn’t brought any home. Emailed the hotel and received no response. We have stayed at The Chelsea many times but have never had issues before. This time our room was dirty and they never…
