“Great experience but would never eat here”

Terrible food at the bistro restaurant. Drinks were horrible, I ordered a Caesar and it was built all wrong. The cans in the lcbo were better. The food was bad. Soup was watered and mild in temperature. Dinner was worse. My wife took one bite and left it. I had two and left it. Not the servers fault, terrible cook and bartender.

Spent 4 night here . Great location for shopping and for catching tour buses and underground. Quick smooth check in even though it was early morning . Our room was on the 12 th floor and was very comfortable with a fabulous bathroom. Staff were very helpful and eager to assist with any queries . We only ate in the bar/restaurant once as they seemed to be refurbishing a bigger eating area. Our one gripe was the concierge offering us tour bus tickets at a so called reduced rate . Luckily we did not buy straight away , the kiosk was down the street and we got a much better deal there !

Very friendly and helpful staff. Big thank you to house keeping staff member Carlos Arcentales, very friendly and super fast response to a housekeeping issue which he resolved. Great location, always a pleasure !
