Check-in staff, housekeepers, and the girl at the pool were all welcoming and pleasant. The evening hostesses at Rein were also charming. The entire hotel was beautiful and pleasing, and I love how they've renovated over the years but have kept the original style. The steam sauna was nice as usual, we felt like we were at a little spa heading down there together.
We enjoyed an incredible breakfast in the morning, and the food was FANTASTIC and decadent. Service wasn't super quick, but the waitress was friendly and pleasant, which was fine since we weren’t in a rush.
When we came to retrieve our bags, the lady at the bell desk was delightful and helpful, and got our bags quickly and brought them to us. Beginning to end… it was outstanding and honestly, I can’t say enough great things about our overall experience. Sonia (management staff) is always fabulous and takes wonderful care of customers at this hotel.

Everyone from the hotel staff were absolutely amazing, the best customer service I’ve had at a hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay. The bed in the hotel was the most comfy hotel bed that I’ve ever slept in. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
