“Good Value Hotel”

We’re here for 3 nights, it’s clean, functional, great location, staff are very nice, breakfast was good. A very solid not overly expensive hotel

“A good choice”

Thoroughly impressed, this is a very good hotel. Spotlessly clean throughout; lots of USB power points in the room, comfortable (and big!) bed; really helpful and friendly staff. While it has no on-site restaurant, there is a good selection of do-it-yourself food in the lobby (the rooms have a microwave oven and fridge): plus a wide selection of restaurants in easy walking distance. Plenty of breakfast to suit most tastes every morning. Location is great, many of Toronto's attractions are in walking distance, or the city's bus/tram/subway system works well and is cheap. Pretty good views from our room (we were on 11th floor). Minor criticisms: we were not keen on the fixed-head shower, and water flow was adequate but not great. The bathroom sink was slightly high with a wide surround: perfectly usable but mildly annoying if you are very short. But overall we had an excellent experience and are very glad we chose this hotel for our stay in Toronto. We were very pleasantly surprised by the good facilities and standards in this hotel for the price - Toronto hotels are expensive and this was a high standard for a relatively budget price. We would definitely use it again.

“Great little downtown hotel”

Great little downtown hotel - we were only staying in Toronto for a couple of nights so was really pleased when we could check in earlier than stated. Room was well maintained and clean with coffee making and a microwave provided. Hotel was in quite a peaceful location right next to a little park and had its own parking if needed. Grab and go breakfast was brilliant - everything you could ask for and the freshly made pancakes were yummy. Close to a mumber of attractions and travel connections. We had a late flight but the staff were fine with us sitting in the lounge for a couple of hours and we could still use the WiFi- were also happy to call taxis etc. Overall enjoyable stay.
