Unfortunately, my check-in experience was not great. Although check-in was listed as 4:00 PM, I arrived at 6:30 PM to find that my room still wasn’t ready. Due to late check-outs, I wasn’t given a room until around 9:00 PM & it seemed like a random assignment rather than the premium room I had booked. The room I received was directly across from the housekeeping storage and elevators, making it quite loud and disruptive.
As a gesture of apology, I was offered a $40 dinner voucher. However, the restaurant first applied a $30 discount, possibly assuming I wouldn’t notice.
On a positive note, the staff were kind and courteous throughout the process. Their attitude helped ease the frustration a bit, but overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations for what was supposed to be a premium stay

There are 2 good bars within the hotel and a very good restaurant called Thirty. Both barmaids were really friendly and the restaurant staff attentive and professional. The only slight gripe is there is nowhere to store your luggage in the room....so to just open your case on the floor (where there is very little spare room) isn't the best. Other than that we couldn't fault it.

Really happy with the experience. Asked for quiet room and was given one at the end of a corridor. Lunch in the restaurant was good. Service in the bar area was friendly. Location very convenient near College underground station and a Tim Hortons. Friendly housekeeping staff too
