This is our second long weekend at Sheraton within the last month. Service is top notch. Marc at the front desk at check in was lovely & even remembered my husband’s name who checked in separately. Marc also put us in a room for easy pool access. The property is older but clean and well maintained. We ordered room service twice and it arrived hot (which the kids even mentioned) It’s not traditional room service with china and flatware which we prefer but at least it was hot and flavorful. The kids loved the pool. There was plenty of seating and towels which is great for parents and kiddos because it’s indoor/ outdoor. Valet parking and bell service was top notch. They didn’t bat an eye when we had 47 million individual bags and a heavy cooler of drinks. Cons were location for us (a little too far to walk to the Skydome with a 9 and 6 year old. Not worth the subway either). We will stay again but maybe not when the purpose of our trip are Jays games. Lastly the Nathan Philips Square view is nice but noisy. I prefer a southern view Read less

Very good hotel. The room was nice and clean, and the location is great. I also loved the club lounge. It's a great size, the food was pretty good, and I really liked the dessert that they served. The bathrooms in the lounge were very nice too. Overall a great experience.

This is the second stay in 4 months and for both visits the customer service at check-in was outstanding. Thank you Angela for acknowledging it was a special day for me and sending up a wonderful surprise to make my stay extra wonderful. The location, the rooms, the service are top notch.

Negatives: Very noisy hotel - insane noise from jackhammers and construction outside even late at night, protesters outside screaming through mega-phones, and to cap it all, a booming clock that chimes each hour all night, waking you up every hour of the night. Negatives: Very noisy hotel - insane noise from jackhammers and construction outside even late at night, protesters outside screaming through mega-phones, and to cap it all, a booming clock that chimes each hour all night, waking you up every hour of the night. I get it that the hotel management can't really do much about any of these, except possibly complain about the extreme construction noise which other hotel guests also mentioned to me. Positives: Comfortable room, excellent conference facilities, staff very kind, good location near to excellent restaurants, apart from the crazy noise level in the room. Minor issue: There is no food after midnight, not even a vending machine with food in. Such a large hotel usually has room service late, e.g. for cold food and snacks. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Excellent location, views and service!

I was back at the Sheraton Toronto for a conference and everything about the hotel, staff and service was great. Great location, great views, great service and staff. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows, as well as the views from my room on the 42nd floor, as well as from the lounge on the 43rd floor.
