“Big but good”

The hotel is big, but plenty of staff on hand. Waiter Barry at the restaurant was lovely and helpful. Would recommend or visit again.

We stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton, 2x nights as part of our Emerald Cruise Tour, and were very impressed, location was fantastic, we had a great view from our room overlooking the Nathan Phillips Square, breakfast was included as part of our tour, being Gluten Free sometimes has it challenges while travelling, but I was well catered for, Gluten Free bread was available ( only hotel we stayed at that GF bread on our tour) they even had Gluten Free muffins, we also had a Welcome dinner included, and they provided me with a Gluten Free Pasta meal and a beautiful dessert, there was a restaurant and bar downstairs, which we went to several times, a cafe where you could get descent coffee, and an escalator that took you to the underground shops.

Im very disappointed. ☹️ I came to the hotel, and asked to book one night directly ate the hotel. After 12 hours of flight from the other continent, i was looking for relax and accommodation. I saw the price on internet : one night , two person +breakfast included = 315 $CAN. I was charged 713 $CAN( tax included) but NO BREAKFAST. No internet. Such a SHAME !!! Not any kindness or support from the staff, besides i have to mention the fact that several times they sarcastically asked me if “I was forced to pay” ??!!!! … they used my vulnerability after such a ling trip when i am exhausted, to make me pay double this standard room, no breakfast, no internet. Shame on you !
