We recently rented the entire Mount Cinnamon property for our 2025 Fitness Retreat, hosting more than 75 guests for six nights. From the very beginning, we worked closely with management for nearly a year to plan every detail, and the outcome was nothing short of extraordinary. As you can imagine, with a group this size, little issues are bound to arise but the staff was exceptional at making everyone feel welcome, solving problems, and acting as outstanding concierge guides to show our group the best of Grenada. Their professionalism and genuine care elevated the entire experience. A special thank you to Barry, the property owner, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and to Laura, the property manager, a true force of nature and absolute perfection in every possible way. Grenada itself is a hidden gem in the travel world. The culture still feels authentic and untouched by mass tourism, making it the perfect backdrop for a week of wellness! A true 10/10 experience! I spent five (5) lovely days at Mount Cinnamon, for my birthday celebrations and the experience was amazing. The Suite was beautiful, and the views from the room showed the Grenadian coastline, which was lovely to wake up to in the morning. The staff was very friendly and engaging, and all greetings were pleasant. I thought it was very touching that we received cookies every evening with turn-down service, which was very charming. The dining was outstanding as the food was delicious at both the Flying Fish Restaurant and the beach house. I particularly liked the breakfast special of the day, which featured Caribbean dishes that highlighted local farmers and flavors. What was also impressive was that their bread is all baked in-house, and the pastries were tasty. Being poolside and on the beach was relaxing, and the bonfire night was a sight to see. I even enjoyed a s'mores-inspired dessert. Their mirror wall, is also a popular attraction where locals and visitors frequent and I took many pictures at that spot. Overall my stay was incredible and over too fast. I highly recommend anyone visiting Mount Cinnamon. Read less

Mount Cinnamon Beach & Wellness Resort was a truly perfect place to stay for our family trip to Grenada, a relaxing, peaceful get-a-away. The resort is conveniently close to the airport, about 20 minutes by car from the capital -St. Georges and also a short distance from Spiceland Mall. We stayed in a villa-style suite called Hacienda which was spacious, clean, a large bed and fully equipped with a kitchenette and washer/dryer, magazines, books and even a chess board. The room style was balanced- colorful yet mature with some modern inclusions. Air conditioning worked very well which was very much needed with the recent heat. Our hot water was not working on the first night but was quickly resolved thanks to Management and Maintenance. For active and able persons, you can get your daily exercise in by walking to and from your room or to the beach as the resort is nestled in the hill side of a mountain which some would indeed find a bit steep but the good news is that there is a shuttle service available. The views from the room and main restaurant, both day and night were stunning!!! This boutique resort has several amenities to cater to various types of travelers. This included; a nice gym, tennis court, beach volleyball, crochet, giant chess, shuffle board, non-motorized watersports and bean-bag toss (cornhole). The lawns are also spacious which was great for a family with a young toddler to run around and the staff interacted with the little one well. External local tours can be arranged though the hotel with the Guest Services team which was great to see and experience the island. The water by the beach was mostly tranquil and lovely. Beach chairs and umbrellas are of course available and you must check out the Mount Cinnamon Selfie Wall on the sand. The spa outlet on the beach is an added touch! The pool was nice along with the waterfall feature Breakfast options in the Flying Fish restaurant were varied ranging from local delicacies including local fruits, fruit juices and ground provisions to your traditional universal menu items and freshly basked pasties and breads. Lunch by the beach cabana was enjoyable, relaxed, nice music and friendly staff. Other Wifi worked well on resort and by the beach bar! The cookies at turn-down service were a delight! Laura and Rondell at the Front Desk were friendly and hospitable! Read less

Mount Cinnamon is the perfect blend of Grenadian warmth and world-class comfort. One of the highlights of our stay was the Friday night bonfire—a magical evening where mains come with three delicious sides to share, all enjoyed with toes in the sand, the fire glowing on the beach, and the sound of waves rolling onto the world-famous Grand Anse. The newly rebranded Flying Fish Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner with a mix of cultural dishes and classics like English Breakfast and Eggs Benedict—be sure to try the Caribbean Breakfast with plantain, saltfish, ground provisions, and Creole-spiced favorites. The staff were outstanding—genuinely kind, attentive, and always happy to help no matter the request. We also loved the “Cinnamon Fit” gym, tucked just off the beach, with a fantastic mix of classic and modern equipment. Every room boasts a postcard-worthy view of Grand Anse. We stayed in a villa while friends enjoyed the chic Cinnamon Suites—both are beautifully designed, with Caribbean-inspired décor and thoughtful touches like colorful SMEG fridges that made the spaces feel extra special. Whether you’re a couple looking for romance, a family wanting fun, a nature lover chasing adventure, or even a business traveler in need of comfort with character—Mount Cinnamon delivers. It’s truly a gem of Grand Anse, and we can’t recommend it enough! Read less

Mount Cinnamon was a nice peaceful break after SpiceMas. The Cinnamon Suite was spacious and comfortable with an incredible ocean and mountain view. The food was spectacular and the octopus is a must try!
