Entertainment staff really livened up the experience. Big shout out to Reika, Nas, Fendi & Twiggy especially. I recognise they probably do this week in and week out and it can be socially and physically tiring but they managed to keep the energy high at all times, made sure all guests were involved and made us feel comfortable and full of laughs. They really helped with the experience.
Amazing views and decor kept in good standing order. Very good with the cleanliness.
I expected a bigger crowd of guest to socialise with on the resort however maybe the time we came it was a quiet time frame.
All in all my experience at secrets was a great one was recommended to by a friend and didn’t disappoint.

Hotel is outdated. Several things didn’t work in the room: lights, closet door, curtain for balcony, and phone by the bedside. Paint was peeling and needs to be repainted. For the cost of this resort, there shouldn’t be issues like this.

Olivia was extremely attentive, always one step ahead of our needs, whether it was setting up our beach chairs, arranging dinner reservations, or surprising us with little thoughtful touches throughout the day. She was warm, professional, and genuinely caring, making us feel truly pampered and relaxed.

The place looks beautiful when you enter the lobby, however the room in which we stayed was horrible and requires much repairs. I believe the room number was 5450, it was on the 4th floor, Xhale Club King Ocean View. Maintenance had to come and repair the closet door in order for us to use it. I believe the room number was 5450, it was on the 4th floor, Xhale Club King Ocean View. Maintenance had to come and repair the closet door in order for us to use it. There were chips in the wood between the entrance door and closet door, cracks in the sink, mildew in the shower, draws below sink needs repairs, the refrigerator and area where it is located was torn and damaged.
We also had problems getting towels. The first morning the food in the dining area was good, however it was a repeat of the same food each
day? Looks like a lot of left overs versus being fresh daily. I have been to Jamaica several times and this was the worst place I have ever stayed. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Amazing service with great food and even better people. The staff there are so friendly, we met someone by the name of Mellissa and she made our trip 10X better. Would highly recommend staying here as it is also very clean.
