First time coming to this resort with my family I was almost put off by some bad reviews but im so glad we stayed and kept our booking.
We stayed in 24 ground level and the pool and beach was amazing Samantha James was our absolute favourite person at this resort she was always smiling very welcoming.

Upon arrival, I discovered a bedbug in the bed, which was extremely concerning and unpleasant. Although I was moved to another room, the situation was not adequately addressed, and there was no significant compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused. I hope the hotel takes steps to ensure better hygiene and guest satisfaction in the future.

A easy way to get around the hotel there was a shuttle service but it was hard to get from the beach back to my room. I would perfer if there was a bus stop around the resort that goes around the hotel or a easier way to call the bus
