Krysan was absolutely perfect from the Kids Club. She was incredibly patient, kind and compassionate with our daughter. She helped the children rehearse for their big show ~ the high school musical tonight and all the children had an absolute blast! We appreciate her so very much!!!! And most importantly my daughter is so happy with her ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff were rude and seemed put out for having to do their jobs, it was awful trying to get a cart to take you anywhere around the resort. Service was slow at all the restaurants except for the Asian dinner if you did the menu vs the hibachi. Power was lost in our rooms several times, the pool closed early on a few occasions for unknown reasons. No quality control for pretty much anything. It was nice to spend time with family while there, but would not return to this resort. Read less

I want to start off by saying that the cleaning staff, servers, and chefs were great and diligent in their duties. The resort was clean, the food was great, and it is located on a beautiful spot, especially sunset cove beach. However, having travelled to Jamaica 4 times prior, each at RIU and H10 resorts in Montego Bay, I will say that my personal experience at Grand Palladium was very disappointing and unexpected - especially since I love traveling to Jamaica. Over the course of the week we experienced many problems, some of our rooms ran out of water to shower with, lacked basic amenities such as irons and hair dryers, and even had air conditioners that were limited to 23 deg Celsius. What was really unexpected was the terrible management of this resort, this includes the managers of the restaurants, lifeguards, and security team. They have absolutely no respect or care for peoples well being. I witnessed someone who was allergic to bees get stung and only offered alcohol wipes instead of an epipen because they were placed outside instead of inside during an a la carte dinner, although relaying their concerns to the restaurant's manager and expressing the need to be seated inside. I also witnessed a fight break out in the pool where 4 young black-american men almost drowned another for defending his girlfriend. The lifeguard was useless, and the victim who was being drowned wanted them kicked out of the resort, however, management refused to call the police or kick them out. Apparently they told the man who almost drowned to go to the police station himself if he wanted to press charges, and instead only offered an agreement that they will kick them out if further conflict arises. It was absolutely disgusting to see how little they cared about him having to fight off 4 people in the pool and almost being drowned to death. The lifeguards said that it was not their responsibility to stop fights in the pool, and there was no security team on the resort over the course of our stay. Stay away if you want to protect your family and friends. Management does not care, and the lifeguards... well they can't guard lives so they are not lifeguards. TLDR: Pros: Very beautiful resort and location with very good food, Cons: Terrible management and no security, if you want you and your family to be safe, go elsewhere. Read less

Wonderful time, and the staff was very accommodating. Richard was our concierge. He was amazing, helpful, and frequently checked to make sure we were doing well.
