“Beautiful resort with staff that leave a lasting impression!!”

Where to start!! We feel we have so much to share from our week at this wonderful hotel and let me just say, we can’t wait to come back one day. The staff make the experience…just wonderful - couldn’t do more for you and seeing you regular they make such an effort. We travelled with our 9 month baby and we were not disappointed by anything (other than a faulty lift near our room - that was it). First experience which was loved - Sunset Yoga with Brandon (Monday 5pm) we didn’t see this on the schedule and just so happened to be near him on the beach and took part - was amazing! Needs more than once a week please! Breakfast selection - utterly amazing! We’ve done a number of all inclusive hotels in the past but this hotel took some beating for the breakfast selection. Along with the wonderful staff team! From Natascha at breakfast welcome doing a great job! To the great team making fresh omelettes who we absolutely adored with their care and attention each day we came in - including their kindness to our little one with small omelettes to try. Mario, Katrina and Shaneice were incredible and should be recognised for their amazing customer service!! Then Cassandra offering morning table service - she was above all else incredible! She’s one of the reasons we’d return - the way she made you feel as her customer was just wonderful!! The rooms were lovely! We had ocean front & loved our view. The rooms equipped with serviced mini bar were spot on. With two glasses bottles to allow water collections from the halls. A coffee machine with daily filter coffee bags. We needed a kettle for our baby so went to guest relations and secured a kettle for a $40 hold on the room (just had to ensure we dropped it back off). The hotel uses an Iberostar App for seeing activities - bookings and even when your rooms been cleaned. We found the app super easy to use and a nice eco friendly edition!! The restaurants for evening meals were great! Italian - amazing! Smokehouse - delicious! Only awareness - advertised on the tour operator site was $500 resort credits. It wasn’t clear but thankfully we’d not got too excited as it was just $25 off $100 spend (20 of these codes in the app). We also took part in the “free premium breakfast” to view their membership scheme - very interesting but not for us at this time and they wanted an on the spot decision which isn’t our style and no opportunity to go back the next day - so a missed opportunity!! We loved the local chats we had by the Pier and the general cleanliness of the hotel. We saw so much general maintenance taking place and cleaning - we were SOooooo impressed - well done team a wonderful hotel! Sad to see it’s moving to adult only from November 2026!

Wow . What a fabulous place . The entertainment staff are absolutely brilliant The best we've seen in all the hotels we have been to and we've been to alot of places over the world . They work incredibly hard for not alot of money but put so much effort in . Absolutely A*.. The staff at the hotel from guys in the pool bar to the restaurants are so accommodating and friendly . We will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone . Amazing hotel

“Amazing Vacation”

I recently stayed at an Iberostar resort and overall had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm hospitality. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping did a great job keeping things fresh and tidy each day. Food was excellent with lots of choices . The entertainment team also did a fantastic job keeping guests engaged with activities during the day and lively shows in the evening. From the amazing staff at the pool bar Doreen and yanick . The prestige lounge area , Anesia , Kacia, Chad , Syrene , Rohan. and most importantly Jevon Dowe who brings life to the club area everyday. Jevon goes above and beyond to make every club member feel welcomed. His enthusiasm and energy is just what the club area needs. I would definitely recommend Iberostar to anyone looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive getaway with great service, beautiful surroundings, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d happily return!
