I booked my room and it definitely didn't looked like the pictures on the website.. The food and service was good but I have a problem with hotels that don't invest with building up their property but just want the turnover money from their customers... I won't stay there again that's the bottom line.. Read less

Just got back from an amazing 8-night family trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica, our first one in over a decade and we stayed at the Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites. From the moment we checked in, everything was on point. Kerry Ann at the front desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and honestly felt like family right away. Our housekeeping, Sashey, was so kind and thoughtful — she worked around our schedule and always went the extra mile with the little things that made our stay feel even more special. The resort itself had plenty to do. The beach is beautiful, there were nightly performances in the lobby bar area, and other events happening throughout the day. They even let my brother hop on the piano and play a bit, which was such a cool moment. When it came time for excursions, Yanique (Nexus) and Petrina (JTL) were amazing. They gave us great recommendations for things the whole family could enjoy and really made sure we got to see and feel the beauty of Jamaica. There were also membership offers during our stay, and while we weren’t really looking into that, the rep, Moesha (yes, like the show!), had such a great vibe and made it sound super tempting — she definitely knows her stuff. We originally booked through Costco, but after this experience, we’re going to book directly through the hotel next time. Honestly, it felt more like staying at a friend’s house than a resort. As Kerry Ann said, “It’s like coming home” — and it really did feel that way. Huge thank you to everyone at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites — we had a blast and I truly can’t recommend this place enough. I will say driving around there is like the wild wild west, so if you can find a driver that makes you feel safe and comfortable, stick with them during your stay. Read less

After a very difficult experience with a third-party travel agency (which I would not recommend), I reached out directly to the team at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in this entire wedding planning process. From the moment I connected with them, the level of professionalism, kindness, and actual problem-solving they offered was beyond what I imagined. Special thanks to Nick Balzan, who helped elevate and escalate my concerns with care, and to Natasha, Janielle, and Tamika—each of whom played a role in making things right and helping us feel truly supported as a couple planning a destination wedding from afar. We had a wonderful site visit and walkthrough back in April, which gave us complete confidence in our decision. The resort is absolutely beautiful, and the beach wedding setup was everything I had envisioned. You can tell this team takes pride in delivering unforgettable experiences. If you’re planning a wedding in Jamaica—skip the middlemen and go directly to the resort. These folks know what they’re doing and truly care. Can’t wait to celebrate our big day there this September!
