“Great R&R”

Wife and I stayed here for our first time in Jamaica. We were here for some R&R and we did exactly that without ever leaving the resort (we didn’t sign up for any off site activities). Everything that we expected from an all inclusive resort were met if not exceeded. Food was decent (wouldn’t say culinary masterpiece) with new variations every day. Resort was clean and well kept but overall the property was relatively small. However, our room (400s) was surprisingly large with contemporary designs (also very clean). The best aspect of the resort is the hands down the staffs (we found the staffs to be very friendly, attentive, and accommodating). Overall, we would definitely stay at this resort again. Pros: - Close to airport. Only 5 min from MBJ (aircraft noise was negligible) - Awesome staffs. Very attentive and accommodating - Not crowded at all considering its peak tourism season (Jan) Cons: - Rooms closer to ground level can be a noisy with music and resort activities near the pool area - Wifi can be spotty (great on upper levels/center but spotty and weak signals on the wings) - Gym was tiny and could have better ventilation Tips: - Make sure to reserve the three specialty restaurants with the concierge on the day you arrived or a week earlier if possible (Reservations required. No walk ins). - Grab beach/pool towels early in the day or risk waiting a while for new batches

The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful and made the entire experience unforgettable. Everything felt warm, welcoming, and perfectly balanced, creating a sense of comfort and enjoyment from start to finish. The positive energy, attention to detail, and overall vibe made it a place you’d genuinely want to return to again and again.

Located on thehip strip not far from the airport was just what i need.The ambience... when we enter that feeling i got was so warm and cozy...the customer service was great my room was always cleans when we got back in daily from our whereabouts the staff was friendly and professional at the same time i did not feel out of place.The food was sumptous I never complain at dinner neither did my husband...over all i am recommending S hotel to any and everyone visiting montego bay
