Top of the line hospitality, all staff is welcoming, food is quick and the cafe is open as early and as late as possible. I really recommend this hotel in terms of location and comfortability. The staff are all welcoming and all the staff is able to answer any question you may have.

Our stay at the S Hotel was amazing. On arrival we entered the lobby and were greeted with happy faces help with our cases and taken to the checkin desk which was a breeze. We were then given refreshing drinks after which we were taken to our room on the 3rd floor. What a beautiful room. The decor was very modern. The bathroom was huge with a large shower two sinks toilet and bath. The room had two double beds as requested a fridge iron and ironing board coffee and tea machine and snack box. On opening the patio doors the view of the pool and beach beyond was stunning. Lovely cushioned wicker furniture and table.
The food at each restaurant and buffet was excellent and nice portions and the wine list was pretty good too. Nice touch having a guy playing the piano and singing in the fish restaurant. Each restaurant had its own theme with music playing in the background. Thank you Delroy Restaurant and Bar Manager for your excellent service and looking after us so well. There is also a bar and grill by the pool and chef Andre cooked the best cheese burger and chips I have ever eaten and worked hard to get the orders out quickly. Joel Lee and Roan I would like to thank you for your excellent service at the pool and lobby bars. It was a joy to drink there as you had brilliant personalities and made us laugh every day. They kept the bars very clean and tidy. Delroy you run an excellent team and you all work so hard to make sure your guests have a good holiday.
We went to the beach every day where we were given two cushioned and covered sun beds table and umbrella and two beach towels. The guys work hard to maintain the beach and equipment. The sea is beautiful to swim in and if you swim near the pier you will see fish. Late afternoon we ventured to the pool area and listened to the dj playing some music in the back ground. There are plenty of beds around the pool area with shade and everywhere is kept very clean. Every day Marlon general manager walks around checking that guests are OK and everything is in order. If there are any problems he soon sorts things out for you and is very approachable. There is a small pool and beds at the sky deck 6th floor and a bar.
Each night they have a different band playing who were all very good.
There is also a gym and spa with pools.
This is a small hotel 120 rooms that delivers a high standard of service by everyone who works there so thank you each and everyone of you for giving us an amazing holiday. We left feeling like family and will return.
