Daisy Family Junior Suites are located next to the water park and overlook the pool or gardens from a balcony or private terrace. Rooms have 1 king-size or 2 full-size beds as well as a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 people. These rooms include extra services such as umbrellas and Daisy amenities.

“There’s a little of everything”

Overall we enjoyed our stay. I’m a firm believer in your experience is what you make it and how you treat staff/people. We booked regular non-privilege jr suite rooms. The staff was friendly everywhere we went. There’s an app/website, so I was able to find activities, restaurants, order room service or put request in. We have young kids almost 1y and 2y. The kiddie pool, water slides, beach, lazy river and park were entertaining for them. There’s also a family lounge and another kids area attached to the park. There's also fun activities for adults.
For the most part the food and drinks were good. We had one hiccup where the dining experience was just way too long for Sugar Cane. We put our name down on the waitlist 45-1hr wait. However it ended up being closer to 2hr wait and guest who were after us with similar party size, were seated first. If you’re trying that restaurant go earlier. Most restaurants are first come first serve so keep that in mind. Limited options for room service meals. Mini bar is complementary. There’s a few bars and a restaurant that stay open past 10. So it’s convenient if you need a late snack or meal. Our rooms were nice and clean. Very happy we chose not to go during peak season. The pictures online do resemble the resort in person. We’d visit again.
“No shade, drinks and liquor were awful”

We were there in April with our kids. 4 adults - 2 @ 50 years old and 2 @ 20 years old. The facilities were nice. My big complaint was that if you weren't down to the main pool by 6:30 am, you could not get a chair with even a sliver of shade. There were some permanent shelters that offered shade, but so few it was ridiculous. There wasn't one umbrella around the pools. By 2pm you just fried your brains out and could not get away from the heat. So you either fried all afternoon, or had to go back to your room. Even the kids wouldn't stay out in it. 2nd complaint was the quality of liquor and drinks. Barely a name you would recognize. The bar rum tasted like hooch brewed out back in a bathtub. Awful. The mixed drinks were seriously over-poured - to the point where I dumped 75% of drinks the first 3 days. Then I went to their store and bought a 1 liter bottle of Appleton's for $70USD (completely ripped off), just so I could order plain Coke and add my own rum to it. In 25 years of traveling, I've never done that.
