In spite of the 2025 hurricane Ocean Coral Springs Resort recovered and kept its spirits high. Although communication was extremely difficult before my arrival, once I made it to the resort the joy and camaraderie was instant. Something about the Caribbean, brings a sense of easy and laidback hospitality. All rush and urgency slows and all that remains is the aim of ensuring your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
The front desk staff always greeted me with a smile. Georgia was so sweet and kind. I was so blessed to have booked through Delta Vacations. In addition to the airport transfer being included in my booking, my room was upgraded to Privilege. I felt so special and so considered. Juice and other snacks delighted me daily, along with water and my choice of spirits. I was also greeted with a lovely note and a complimentary bottle of red wine.
At some point the Area Manager Phillip reached out to me to check on my room and ask how my stay was going. He made sure I had everything I needed and felt safe and comfortable. Although traveling and staying alone, I came to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. He made sure to even make her day special on my behalf with champagne and decorations! They even scheduled a special VIP dinner for my last night on the resort. I’ve been to several all inclusive resorts, this was truly the best service I’d ever received.
We also had a lot of fun! The staff was incredibly friendly and fun! From casual conversations by the pool to dancehall dance lessons. We had a blast. Peppa and Britney were lovely! Shout out to those ladies for their beautiful energy and amazing dance moves.
We also enjoyed the spa. My friends did a couples massage and came out looking like they were floating on clouds. I stuck to the hydro pool area where we enjoyed the massive jacuzzi, sauna and eucalyptus steam room. I also got a facial. The young woman who did my facial was so beautiful and had a lovely spirit about her. My skin left literally glowing.
My last day I upgraded to privilege and enjoyed the privilege lounge and beach area. I spent hours lying in my cabana and swimming in the beautiful clear waters of the ocean. I was served countless tropical blended drinks and had delicious shrimp tacos for lunch. It was my favorite part of the trip. The service was impeccable.
Let’s talk about the food. Not only was the options in abundance, I love that they had authentic Jamaican food options as well. I had ackee and salt fish for breakfast, jerk chicken and festival for lunch and oxtail tacos for an early dinner. Heaven!! Not to mention they had a full hibachi restaurant on site! How cool is that?! The entertainment was also top tier. From a dancehall club, to a full theater, bowling alley, and circus like show with dancing and fire juggling, bottle balancing and more! I didn’t even see it all. It was so much! You do not get bored. I miss this place already. I truly hope I can get back one day.
Thank you Ocean Coral Springs for a lovely stay! I pray you all continue to recover from the hurricane and keep that beautiful, hospitable energy. #feeltheocean
