Flip flops and men,s tank tops are all OK. Only thing women have to cover up for breakfast and lunch can be sheer. Breakfast and lunch were almost the same items every day for 8 days. The selections are not the best and the quality is poor . The dinners are not much better except the Asian and Italian. If you pay to see Chic the food is fabulous. The room are large but the sinks have not much area to lay out items. The toilet is mirrored walled so you can watch your self and so is the shower did not bother us but very strange in the toilet. The nightly entertainment is lacking unless you go over to the family side not must to do . Day time there is none except a DJ pool side once a week. Lack of help seemed to be a problem. We have been going to adult all inclusive s for 18 years this is one never again Read less

Breakfast at both Helios and mostly Cappricio was great as well. Martha and Guadalupe at Helios at breakfast were wonderful. Food at both came out quicker than past stays so impressed. Juan st Helios for dinner was very good. The staff here are a great plus. Will be returning in September! Read less

A special mention to our butler team in block 66 - Susana and Moses and in block 60 Carlos! Also a mention to Cesar within the Mexican and French restaurant who was very attentive remember us from previous restaurant little things like this go a long way we feel. The only couple of small downside was the outdoor sea pool, due to the seaweed issue we couldn’t use this something to bare in mind spending on your time of stay, again nothing really the hotel could do to control this. Also the A la carte restaurants within the sister hotels, the drop off in service and food quality apart from the Teppanyaki was noticeable an we personally wouldn’t recommend using these other restaurants but only staying within the TRS for your evening meal. We’ve just returned from a two-week stay and really enjoyed it overall. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. We’ve just returned from a two-week stay and really enjoyed it overall. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and modern, with good housekeeping and a well-stocked minibar (note: the tequila counts as one of your two included bottles, so if you don't love it, change it). We had to move from Villa 67 to 66 due to noisy neighbours—66 was much quieter but one one night had its issues. Pools were great, especially the quieter Terrazza pool. However, a disruptive group with a speaker slightly spoilt our peace the second week and in our opinion should have been managed better. Towel availability was never an issue, which was a plus. Absolutely love the mattresses on the sun loungers, a big plus for us. Food was mostly very good—La Boheme, El Dorado, Tentazione, and Helios stood out. Buffets became repetitive, and more variety or themed nights would help. It seemed that restaurants in the other hotels were of a lower standard which was a bit disappointing and something we've not experienced at other similar resorts. Drinks were plentiful and good quality—try the Fans Adict, daiquiris, and margaritas. Staff were excellent. Special thanks to butlers Eric, Ramon, Israel, and Carlos, and to Miriam at Helios. The Caprichio team—Monserrat, Laura, and Julia—were also fantastic. Nightlife lacked atmosphere, and the push for paid shows like CHIC & Bravo wasn’t for us. We often turned in early. We both had stomach issues despite avoiding tap water, and heard similar stories from other English guests—possibly a bug. Overall, a lovely resort with lots to like, but improvements are needed in food variety, noise control, and evening entertainment. The pushy upsell to PTC at check-in felt unnecessary given the resort’s price point—many of those perks should be standard. Read less

service and food were excellent - sun was hot -- beaches were closed due to seaweed - need more shade or a shaded pool bar at the infinity pool -- overall excellent
