Fairmont Rooms rooms are 40-44 sqm, with a private furnished terrace or balcony, jungle view and either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen beds. These rooms sleep maximum 3 people.

Resort Fees

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old), subject to change. The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during your stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. There is also an additional Environmental Sanitation Tax of approximately $2 - $5 USD per room, per night that will be added to your hotel bill (payable locally, subject to change).

“Great Experience, great Property and Hotel!”

The Fairmont Mayakoba is one of the best Fairmont properties in the world we’ve stayed in. In my view every Fairmont hotel has its own uniqueness. This property is gorgeous! Surrounded by lush vegetation, various stay options (lagoon, beach, garden), it has a lot of activities for my family (teenage kids, wife, mother in law and niece). I would say the best thing that this hotel has it’s their staff: from the friendly bell boy and driver that welcomed my family at check-in (Mr. Alfonso), he explained with detail all the amenities we could have access to. Will come to this property more often now!

Had a good boat tour with Carlos. Went around to see some large Rosewood residences. Carlos also pointed out all the wildlife like birds and turtles. Nice relaxing boat ride with 3 kids.
