Ocean Riviera Paradise offers 974 rooms and suites, distributed across several themed areas of the resort, including family-friendly sections and the adults-only El Beso area. Rooms and Suites feature air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, flat-screen TV with international channels, minibar, coffee machine, safe, telephone, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, bathroom with shower or bathtub, pool towels, terrace or balcony and daily housekeeping.

Resort Fees

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during your stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. There is also an additional Environmental Sanitation Tax of approximately $2 USD per person per night that will be added to your hotel bill (payable locally, subject to change).

Amaranto Restaurant serves an international show-cooking buffet with global cuisine and theme nights, open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Villa Marina Restaurant is a pool-area buffet serving international cuisine for breakfast and lunch. Bluemoon Restaurant offers romantic à la carte dining with breakfast for El Beso guests (08:00–11:00) and dinner for adults (18:00–22:00). Sakura Restaurant features oriental and teppanyaki cuisine (17:30–22:00). Route 66 Restaurant presents typical American à la carte dishes (17:30–22:00). Margarita Restaurant specialises in Mexican à la carte cuisine (18:00–22:00). Steak House Restaurant is an à la carte steakhouse (18:00–22:00). Pez Vela Restaurant is a beachside à la carte venue with Caribbean flavours (opening times published via the hotel app). La Locanda Restaurant offers Italian fine dining (18:00–22:00). La Terraza Restaurant features show-cooking unlimited à la carte options (18:00–21:00). For lighter moments and refreshments, Mike’s Coffee operates approximately 07:30–23:00, the Ice Cream Parlour is open around 16:00–22:00, and multiple bars — including Piano Bar (19:00–00:00), Sports Bar & Disco (16:00–22:00/22:00–01:00 disco), Beach Bar and swim-up bars (approx. daytime hours), Lobby Bar and several snack bars — serve a range of drinks, snacks and live music experiences. Excellent holiday. Canadians in groups can be a bit loud but overall a great holiday. Shout out to Didiel who is fantastic on the entertainment team and made our daughter’s holiday special.

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise and would absolutely come back! We upgraded to the Privileged package, which was only a couple hundred dollars more than the regular one, and it was worth every cent. The Privileged beach area, personal service, and extra comfort truly elevated the experience. A special thank you to our wonderful butler Ariz, who surrounded us with care and attention throughout the trip and responded to our every need. Her service made our vacation feel extra special. The resort felt luxurious, spotless, and incredibly well organized, with something for everyone. The food was delicious at every restaurant we tried — especially the amazing breakfasts at the Privilege Lounge, as well as Route 66, Sakura, and the Steak House. We also want to recognize the incredible entertainment team, who truly made the resort come alive. They played beach volleyball with us every day, danced and laughed with everyone at the pools, encouraged guests to join pool volleyball and the foam party, remembered us by name, and made us feel genuinely welcome and special. A special thank you to Didi for the beautiful bracelets and all the positive energy! As beach volleyball lovers, we were thrilled to play every day, and the nightly shows and entertainment were the perfect way to end each evening. Thank you for such a memorable vacation!
