Equally convenient for business as it is perfect for relaxing, you've got easy access to the business district whilst also being steps from feeling the sand between your toes. With multiple dining options on offer, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to dinner. But we definitely recommend the Lotus Cafe for Sunday brunch, with special entertainment and fun food for kids (and plenty of food and drink to enjoy for the adults too), it's a hit with all the family. If you're here as part of a business trip, think about upgrading to an Executive room which includes access to the lounge where you can work in peace whilst enjoying hors d'ouevres and selected complimentary refreshments. When you're not working, enjoy a dip in the infinity pool or head to the sauna and steam room to recharge.

We had a wedding reception ceremony in Mahi hall of JW Marriott. The hotel was extended best support to make our function successful. It all started with Mr. Prachi Maheshwari, who built base work for this function. She was very transparent, friendly and approachable. She resigned half way through our planning for her personal reasons and handed over baton to Ms. Nancy. Ms. Nancy was again very transparent, friendly and approachable. She helped us a lot. On our day of event, the frontline staff of hotel: Sahil, Ajay, Abhishek, Jaden, Malcom, Mahendra, Gopi, Rahul, Binod, Cyrus, Harsh, Rohan, Shreyash were very helpful. They were very cooperative and someone or other from this team was always available near our guest whenever needed. Not withstanding the front end staff chef Dharmendra had done excellent job with his culinary skills. All the guests liked the food. Few of them were very vocal to mention that they had never tasted such delicacies anytime before. With the efforts of all the above, our event was a grand success. Thank to all of them. Read less

As repeat guests and gold members, we were warmly welcomed—and the hotel went above and beyond with balloon decorations in our room and a lovely mini birthday cake at the time of turn down service. These thoughtful touches made the celebration feel truly special. The lounge area was the highlight—great drinks, tasty food, and a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere that was perfect for our group. One small area for improvement: Room service was a bit slow. However, the staff remained friendly throughout. Thank you to the wonderful team for making this a memorable stay. We had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Juhu – it exceeded all our expectations and the staff truly made it special. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were exceptional. A special mention must go to Rajesh, who made the entire experience seamless – even before we arrived. He supported us with the booking process, answered all our questions with patience, and ensured everything was arranged perfectly in advance. Upon arrival, he gave us a warm welcome and a detailed tour of the property. He even made sure our room was ready early so we could freshen up after a long flight – something we really appreciated. It was also a birthday trip, and Rajesh kindly arranged for a beautifully decorated room to make the occasion feel extra special. He also assisted with restaurant bookings outside the hotel, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Another special mention to Gati and Janvi, who we met at check-in. They were incredibly polite and made us feel instantly welcome. Gati always had a smile on her face and took the time to explain all the benefits I was entitled to as a Marriott Elite member. The in-room check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout our stay, both Gati and Janvi were genuinely helpful, accommodating, and made every interaction feel warm. Nothing was ever too much to ask. One of the days, we had planned to visit South Mumbai, and Gati recommended we visit Dome Bar in the evening for stunning views of Marine Drive – a fantastic suggestion that we really enjoyed. The breakfast at Lotus Café was also a highlight – the team there were incredibly friendly and attentive. The buffet offered an amazing variety of options, and no request was ever too much for the staff. It was the perfect way to start each day. We also visited the Quan Spa, which was another standout experience. The massage was excellent – the staff were professional, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The spa itself has a calm, luxurious feel and was a perfect way to unwind during our stay. We loved spending time by the pool – both the main and saltwater pools were perfect for relaxing. The poolside team were fantastic, frequently bringing around cold towels, water, and fresh fruit sticks – such a thoughtful touch, especially in the Mumbai heat. Even the small touches didn’t go unnoticed – like the friendly staff member at the beach gate, who always greeted us with a smile. JW Marriott Juhu is a truly iconic hotel with a rich heritage, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional team and service. We felt incredibly looked after throughout our stay, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended! Read less

What a fantastic hotel. All the staff are so friendly and attentive. Hotel is so clean. Food is amazing. Big thank you Nandu who keep my room so clean and his talent with different towel animals really made me smile. Amazing . Would highly recommend
