Every staff greets the guest with a smile and is ready to cater all our needs asap. Special mention for the behavior of the staff which adds more stars to the hotel.They are co operative in all the respects and go one step ahead to make you feel special in their own ways. As the property is beautiful the rooms are spacious so is the staff right from front desk to the room service person never hesitate to fulfill your ask. Over all our stay was all very comfortable and worth it. Happy we chose this property for our stay also it has become our choice for further trips to pattaya. Special mention to Mr. Walter and Ms. Jenny at the reception ...also Ms. Yui and Natty for their personal care and making the first trip of some of the members so special by their special VIP Invite for evening function. This was my second time staying at Avani Hotel, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. This time, I had the pleasure of bringing my wife along to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and assisted us with our luggage and check-in process. Our room was beautifully prepared, with rose petals on the bed adding a special touch to our celebration. It was a delightful surprise that made our stay even more memorable. However, we did have a minor concern with the bathtub shower. It was quite high and wide, making it awkward to step into and potentially posing a safety issue. Despite this, our overall stay was wonderful. The breakfast buffet offered an amazing selection of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location next to a shopping mall was a great advantage. Special shout out to Mr. Mhoo and Mr. Noom for their exceptional assistance with our transportation needs.
