“Great family holiday”

We stayed as a family of 5 with a 3 year old and 1 year own twins.
This resort is full on families and young children which is great and you never feel a burden having children travel with you. Kids club and pools are fantastic. There is not evening entertainment which is main thing we would have liked to have children shows / mini disco like we have experienced in other luxury family resorts.
We stayed in a pool access family suite room 7101. For our family we personally felt this was the best room we could have gotten. It had its own small private whirlpool on the balcony which you only get if you stay in block 7. We were closest to the shallow toddler / younger child pool and slides so was perfect for our 3.5 year old. The rooms in Block 6 are closest to the bigger blue sides where the pool water is a bit deeper and wouldn’t have been as safe for our daughter. Then in Block 5 there is only a pool and no slides directly outside the rooms.
Breakfast was great, always had colouring for kids and a morning craft table for kids which my daughter loved. We went to the restaurants 50% of time during our 10 day stay and really enjoyed. It is a lot more expensive than outside the resort but still reasonable for a luxury resort. Right outside the resort there is a small shop and laundry service as well as scooter rental to get around the island which we enjoyed doing. Taxis are also easy and cheap.
We did a private boat trip just me and my daughter and our tour guide Nana was perfect. Even helped assist me with my daughter and made an effort for her to enjoy the day.
Overall we had a brilliant holiday and very impressed with the resort.

We arrived by speedboat to the pier, and from there took the hotel’s transfer directly to the resort entrance.
We were welcomed by the staff with flowers and singing 🙏🙏 — a truly warm and heartfelt reception right from the start.
The room is stunning, with open views of the sea and the beaches.
Spacious, luxurious, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.
And now for the highlight:
The breakfast and dinner restaurants. An incredible variety of food, with no limitations, and outstanding service from all the waiters and service staff. The food quality is excellent.
Every evening, in addition to the regular offerings, there are themed dining nights featuring cuisines from different countries, such as Mexican night, Thai night, and others.
Overseeing the entire food and beverage operation is Mr. James — an exceptional manager 👍
Helpful, professional, warm, and always smiling.

The hotel grounds and swimming pool are breathtaking and maintained to a very high standard, as is the huge pool itself.
