Old cranky hotel with a panache of sophistication Have stayed at the hotel many times. Over the years, front desk staff have gotten worse, food remained largely average, but overall operations are better Positive * large rooms with large layouts * Despite beachfront, not really for swimming * Improved general ambience over the years (got rid of sewage smell at main reception) * Lots of pool options Negative * Completely unreasonable front desk staff * force customers to wait mid-afternoon for rooms, despite status, despite advance notification * Rooms are showing age * Property showing age * Outside “grounds” Walkways are not well-kept * Pool areas starting to crumble * Mid-tier quality food * Old bathrooms * Need to ask for something 3x before they help out

We were impressed with this hotel from the first step. The atmosphere is warm Room clean and comfortable, the location is convenient and close to many facilities. All employees are very polite and attentive. I would like to introduce all Kids Club staff especially Korn. You make your stay full of smiles happiness and unforgettable memories which is an important reason for us to come back again

“Impressive Amin, Namob & Way”

Did some activities with the girls and boys at the Lotus Pavilion, such as basic Thai language with Namob (she was fun) and bottle painting too with Way. In all these acitivities, Amin was always a great help, encouraging us to try the tasks with our best and supporting us with praises etc. Such an adorable and good service personnel, knowledgable and helpful in many ways. Well done Amin, I am impressed with your attitude and friendliness.
