Room was average. They denied early check in. Requested same floor rooms was initially not granted. Checking out bill was incorrect. Was never able to get ice. Staff lacked proper training. Parking was a plus. Staff knew car. Room was not cleaned.

My friends and I stayed here the night prior to our cruise. We liked our room and felt it was clean & comfortable. We also got a great deal to stay close to the beach & cruise port as compared to some other hotels in the area. I personally had a later arrival coming from AZ and wasn't able to go to dinner with my friends. But I needed something to eat! Luckily, the hotel restaurant was still open, and I was able to order a chicken sandwich that was pretty good! We also had a quick bite for breakfast at the restaurant before heading to the cruise port. The employees at the hotel were friendly & helpful. I'd gladly stay at the Cambria for a night or two pre- or post-cruise in the future! Read less

This place is the absolute worst! We signed up for an early checkin and when we got here they had none. They told us to cone back and when we did they still wanted to charge us for early chekin even though by now it was 3 o’clock. This place is the absolute worst! We signed up for an early checkin and when we got here they had none. They told us to cone back and when we did they still wanted to charge us for early chekin even though by now it was 3 o’clock. Check in took forever if there was any distraction at all she took care of so eone else before us. No one in line and checkin still took an hour killing our valuable beach time. Go across the street many nicer hotels. Read less

The stay here was really amazing! Natasha checked us in and got us in our room. She was really super friendly and courteous. She explained to us that it’s “green” resort and they try to conserve energy, and they have a key card slot when you walk in your room to “let the room know you’re there to power up the room”. I felt it was really efficient. My only complaint was that the hot tub was never consistent. It was really cold in the morning and the afternoons was hit or miss. Guillermo, the engineer explained to me that there was a bit of an issue and it was being worked on. He actually was super helpful in finding good local places to eat. We were here during spring break, and glad that we stayed here because it was away from all the popular spring break crazy spots. It was really relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here. This hotel could be great, however, needs updates. We checked in late on a Wednesday night. Got up to our room where the window had a huge crack in it and the tub had a big rust spot. This hotel could be great, however, needs updates. We checked in late on a Wednesday night. Got up to our room where the window had a huge crack in it and the tub had a big rust spot. This is not what you expect when you pay well over $400 a night. Next day we find out that our room #316 had no hot water in the shower. Maintenance came up to check on it and in deed there was no hot water. We were in Ft. Lauderdale for a family wedding. I explained that we needed a room with hot water. They let us shower in the room next door and assured us that they would move our room. We happened to be at the bar when I was talking about not having hot water and the woman next to me at the bar said you must be in room #316? She and her sister were in the room Sunday and Monday and they moved them due to no hot water. The hotel full well knew the condition that the room was in and continued to rent it out. We eventually were moved after I sat in the lobby and wouldn't take no for an answer. The woman kept telling me they were fully booked. Eventually the moved us. My husband and I spoke with Tom, the Manager and he promised to take two nights off our bill and lied and only took one night off. Left a message for Tom with NO call back. Do yourself a favor and stay at the many other wonderful hotels in the area. The staff doesn't care and the owners need to invest money into necessary hotel repairs. Also, there were never any clean towels for the pool. The guy at the front desk gave me two hand towels to use. Weeks later still no refund or phone call from Tom, the general manager!! Read less
