“Horrible hotel.”

This is not a hotel, it is a jail. You are an inmate with no rights. Just dare to complain. Your portfolio will be damaged and the staff will take the liberty to harass and to abuse you. under their forced smiles. They are rude, arrogant and aggressive, and in my case, dangerous. I was given cooking oil when I asked for olive oil, and it made me very ill. I called in the morning for a doctor after a horrifying night and I was told there was no doctor on the property. That morning I left the hotel before the day of my scheduled departure, because leaving Florida and coming back to the snow was better than to be abused for another day at this fifth rate hotel. The manager is incompetent and abusive, taking sides with the aggressive staff instead of the inmates. Stay away so you won’t be abused. Therewas a particular incident of abuse that I will not elaborate on, but it should not happen to another human being. No apology from the hotel is requested, as it would be totally phony.

“Our second Thanksgiving Stay with family!!!”

This is our second Thanksgiving Stay here because no body wants to cook and prepare for the big eating feast at home. So it's a one night stay at this beautiful Ocean front resort where we dined at Angle and relaxed for the day. Good parking valet team, easy front desk check in and the same attractive decor. Only thing we all noticed is the dogs that guests bring in to stay with them. We saw them at the pool, and at Angel, and the breakfast restaurants. We even saw one in the lobby running free and on top of the sofas. We all thought that was extreme. What next? A pile of poop on the floor where the guest is too lazy or embarrassed to pick up? I guess the resort is pet friendly.

Exceptional service everywhere I went. Rarely have I been treated so well at a hotel or resort. The room as nice but not exceptional, but the location and setting were wonderful, right on the beach. Lovely pool and grounds. Excellent food. It was a very enjoyable stay.
