“Great view, fine musician”

The Eau Palm Beach is a beautiful resort, with a spectacular view of the ocean and excellent service. We particularly enjoyed the musical entertainment, Arturo Romay, who is a tremendous talent on guitar.

“Always my favorite staycation”

I always have a great experience .. solo or w family. Staff is always dedicated and polite . Food is always prime and i see quality everywhere. From housekeeping to Front Desk and around Beach service and all restaurants. They definitely do a good job with training. They are staff and hiring good people. Now the extra touch of a gift for a birthday boy with a handwriting card and a dessert with a candle is what makes itabsolutely a place you want to come back. And keep coming back.

“Spend your money at different hotel”

This is supposed to be a luxury hotel. A hotel that you spend over $1K night, plus very expensive restaurants and amenities. This should include excellent customer service. Unfortunately, this one does not. In this visit, particularly the Director of Front Office. Apparently it used to be a Ritz and is now the Eau Palm Beach Hotel and Spa. The building is old & run down. They look like they have made some upgrades, but there are parts that need renovation. While you are in your room you will hear the old pipes making noise inside the walls. A very loud sound. This is when you are not even using them. I think for the money you pay at this hotel, you can find a better spot in the Palm Beach area.
