This was my first time visiting the hotel, and I was truly impressed. The property is beautiful and in a very convenient location. The highlight of my stay, however, was the outstanding service provided by Ramon Chavez from the valet team. He warmly welcomed us upon arrival, assisted with our luggage, and went above and beyond with his excellent customer service—something that can often be hard to find in Miami. He even offered great recommendations for local dining and attractions, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
