“Four Days of Dreams!”

I spent four wonderful days at this hotel, and the experience was absolutely exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything, making it incredibly convenient. The location is truly exceptional and adds even more to the overall experience. The rooms are extraordinary — beautiful, elegant, extremely comfortable, and impeccably maintained. And the views from the higher floors are simply spectacular, making the stay even more magical. The bedding is incredibly comfortable — so comfortable that you almost don’t want to get out of bed! And of course, I can’t forget the rooftop pool, which is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the incredible views. The cocktails are delicious and absolutely perfect for enjoying the atmosphere. A very special mention to Cy at the front desk, who is dedicated, attentive, and absolutely charming. Her availability, warm smile, and exceptional sense of hospitality truly made these four days unforgettable. Many thanks as well to Laeticia at breakfast, Alicia, who oversees the rooms, Christian, the manager, and Nicolas, the newest member of the team. And of course, a big thank you to the entire staff, including everyone whose names I wasn’t able to mention. Four days of dreams: an exceptional location, a beautiful room, spectacular views, incredibly comfortable bedding, an amazing rooftop pool, delicious cocktails, and a truly wonderful team. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

“Awful Experience”

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in Miami. The staff is rude and don’t want to help you. They put me in a bedroom with a connected room, I asked to changed it because the people from the other bedroom were partying on Sunday and it was impossible to sleep and they did nothing. The wifi works awful, I really don’t understand how they are a 4 starts hotel. Coffee from the breakfast they don’t even are able to prepare a Latte.
