This hotel was fine, but it had too many issues. Blackout curtains don't really black out, and the light from the AC control panel is permanent. The shower pressure is so so, and controlling the water temp is frustrating. I had ants in my room. The breakfast buffet isn't great, and they tried double charging me for it on checkout. Excellent stay and great property, I was impressed by the quality of the hotel and the service level, especially from Yusuf at the front desk and Victor and Viviane at the restaurant. My family and i were very well looked after. I would highly recommend this property.

The pool on the rooftop was well organised and great place to relax. The staff was very helpful. But the cherry on top – and the biggest surprise – was Victor, who knew Polish songs and the cult TV series Four Tank-Men and a Dog. It was truly amazing that someone from Cuba knew the names from a Polish series, recognized Polish actors, and could sing in Polish. We send him our warmest greetings – such a great guy! Read less

While my children and I waited to be checked into our room, we decided to get a bite to eat in the restaurant, where we met Victor! He was gracious, very amiable and made waiting after a tiring flight more than tolerable!! Thank you Victor. The Burger and Pasta were great!!
