“Above and Beyond in Every Way!”

Arianna is absolutely outstanding to work with. She is incredibly professional, attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire planning process for our daughter’s First Communion celebration. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. Her warm attitude, dedication, and exceptional customer service made the whole experience easy, enjoyable, and truly memorable for our family. “Unacceptable Customer Service and Management””

This hotel is a complete circus. I paid to stay here for the weekend with my family, and after stepping out for a short time, we returned only to be told we could no longer park in the same spot we had been using for the previous three days. Apparently, the “Head of Maintenance” had ordered the parking area closed for a private event being held for one of his family members at the hotel. To make matters worse, after speaking with the front desk staff, we found out we were also not allowed to use the restaurant because the same private event was taking place there, and hotel guests were not being allowed inside. I will not mention names because I have been a frequent guest at this hotel for years, but according to employees, this individual receives special privileges because he is “very close” to the hotel manager. I even asked to speak with the manager, Ms. Sinem Kaya, and she never came out to address the situation. If this is how guests are treated, I can only imagine how employees are treated — except, apparently, for the maintenance manager, who clearly enjoys special treatment at this property. Ms. Sinem Kaya, this hotel does not belong to you or to the people you choose to give privileges to. The paying guests who spend their money at your property deserve respect. This hotel is a joke. Do not stay here. As of today, Novotel Miami Brickell has lost a loyal customer who has been visiting this property since it was still called Atton Brickell.

“Gianni’s The Absolute Best!”

I absolutely loved this hotel. This hotel has absolutely stunning views, excellent crew, outstanding location, and enthralling amenities. Gianni, Novotel’s Head of Security, really made the entire trip though. I left multiple items inside the hotel’s lockbox, before checking out. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize they were missing, until I already arrived back home. Luckily, after reaching out to Novotel’s security, I eventually got in contact with Novotel’s Head of Security, Gianni. Gianni ensured the items were found, after they confirmed no one reported anything to Novotel’s Lost and Found department, from my room. Immediately after finding those items, Gianni and I figured the logistics out, and devised a solution to quickly ensure those items made it home. Gianni shipped the items back, and updated me throughout the entire process. By the end of the week, Gianni re-united me with my lost belongings! I couldn’t be happier with the level of professionalism, service expertise, and overall dedication, from Gianni, along with the rest of them at Novotel!
