The stay was comfortable overall, but there were a few issues. The ice maker was only available on limited floors with no card access to them. The pool closed at dawn, which felt restrictive. Breakfast wasn’t complimentary, which was unexpected. There were mosquito bites in the room, and the washbasin had drainage issues.

Excellent service for a corporate event. Great disposition. Everything well organized. Wonderful food, pool, meeting room, rooms. Audio guy, managers, food attendance all great. Clients were very happy. Had a great time. Would definitely come back

The hotel guest room although spacious and airy need a little attention, in that cupboard doors were misaligned, drawers didn't shut properly and the main worksurface had pieces of laminate chipped off.
The small side table was very unstable and you didn't want to place a cup of coffee on it!

The shower only had boiling hot water one morning, this was fixed during the day by maintenance but the temperature control levers were misaligned and confusing.
The food in the restaurant was very good but it was let down by the lack of serving staff on two nights. With one server taking the orders and working behind the bar, with the restaurant being very busy, this made for delays.
Breakfast was muddled at best, with coffee sometimes being self serve and then other days being served by the waiting staff. Most mornings no milk was available for the cereals!
