Kimpton EPIC Hotel

Downtown Miami, Miami

Star rating

The hotel

Epic by name and epic by nature, the Kimpton Epic sits along the water’s edge, overlooking the glistening Biscayne Bay. Take a dip into one of the two rooftop pools, and sip on a cocktail in your private poolside cabana. Seeing as you’re set on the waterfront, seafood is a must, and you can dine looking out on the sea itself. In need of some me-time? Head to the spa for a treatment, or try your hand at a yoga class. And when the evenings roll in, head out and experience one of Miami’s cool bars, or retreat to your room for some down-time.

Ok hotel. Nothing special. Booked with points mainly because of price per night wasn't too bad. Check in was fast and was assigned room on 26th floor which was nice. Room came with a balcony. Ok hotel. Nothing special. Booked with points mainly because of price per night wasn't too bad. Check in was fast and was assigned room on 26th floor which was nice. Room came with a balcony. Decent size room and bathroom. Pools on 16th floor as well as restaurant and the fitness center. Biggest complaint was valet parking. Close to USD60 per day and took forever. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes. 25/30 minutes is not unusual. Small courtyard, slow valets, lots of cars. Organized chaos. Please note $50 per day "resort" fee and a multitude of taxes added to your bill. Read less

Ricardo in the valet is the best! The service for my Cari’s very highly level and I like it so much Hotel is ok, but the view was awful, it had to be another one. The price is higher than expected and doesn’t worth it . The room service is ok, but no coffee machine inside

Michael is very professional at his job at the valet, he is extremely polite and courteous. Michael also parked my vehicle next to the exit, giving me an added value of comfort at the time I left.
