Didn’t know that a package delivery service to my door was offered at this property. Rather than tracking down a package delivered here during a last minute business trip, Yazdi brought this to my door. His friendliness and calm manner was so kind and unexpected! Thank you, Yazdi!

It was great and the staff was really nice! Especially Alberto he was great help, really sweet, and advised us throughout our trip! The room was really nice and chill, enough room for the entire family. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were well made. Overall a great experience, would come again :)

Aurea, our server at the Gold Coast hotel restaurant was especially sweet and accommodating. She was attentive and went above and beyond. My made to order omlette didn’t come out right the first time, and she quickly remedied the situation. We will stay at this Marriott again the next time we cruise from Miami. Read less

I got my phone stuck in the bathroom and this security guard named yazdi helped me out really nice guy needs raise.I was really bummed out and he helped me out. now i can get a ride home and talk to friends. this was my guy tdy. he made my day. thank you yazdi my goat.

Aurea was a wonderful host. She understands GREAT customer service. She was engaged with the patrons, she served 3 tables, including ours and was very nice, gracious and attentive. She was also funny and keeping us entertained with stories.
