Thomas was the best server and provided the best service I have ever had. The food at this location was delicious fresh and ready upon request. I will definitely be staying here every time I come to Miami.

The intention is to improve the business so my comments are aimed at that. It was not a good stay for us. Too many issues with our stay not acceptable for a vacation. The good is the installations and the room. However guest service is not good. The checkin process was traumatic and lengthy. After 30 minutes waiting, when checking in they did not want to acknowledge the Marriott Promotion “by the bay getaway” which we used to book with late checkout and 50 percent discount in parking. After showing printed confirmation they agreed. However later when I noticed the parking gate was not working with the room key they tried to charge full again so I had to show the printed confirmation again. Also we had to wake up early every morning 8 am to construction noises in the upstairs very noisy they make you leave your room early every morning. After we complained they just moved the works to start one hour later at 9 am. Still not a place to relax and recover some sleep. Also we had some issues with getting the housekeeping done which at the end were solved. An also there was a charge from the hotel to our credit card that was not in the final bill. The reception was not able to recognise this charge of 250 dollars. Credit card company confirmed it came from the hotel but in the reception they were unable to identify it. Still I am dealing with the accounting department to Find out this charge. You should not be going through all these problems All these can be improved and make this hotel a good place to stay and the staff to pay more attention to the guest requests. Read less

Loss Prevention Officers Xavier Spaniol & Camillo Tovar were totally awesome. I placed a few orders to be delivered to the hotel and a few got lost or misplaced. Camillo was very helpful, and followed through to the end. It was really unexpected but it was the icing on the cake. I even got a call back! Both guys were awesome!
