The hotel was wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable, the view was incredible! The service was excellent but Mauricio the bellman was more than incredible, he was always on top of everything, but always with a smile! We will be more than happy to stay again with you!

We had a great time here! Cleanliness, the staff, just everything! We really loved Isabella and Thomas at the Gold Coast Restaurant, they were super friendly and welcoming. Made our stay even better! Thank you! I will stay here from now on when visiting!

The service was super. Starting with the check in by Inddani. Supper attentive and helpful. The bell man explained to me about the trolley and the metro mover and the waiter at the bar helped splitting the bill. These are little things that means a lot!

The entire staff went above and beyond. From the Front Desk to the pool attendants, I felt the exceptional customer service. Alex from valet was extremely helpful and attentive during my stay. I will make it a point to stay here again when I return to the area.
