Etty and the whole staff including the manager was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. We are the ones that had my nephew‘s wedding from New Jersey. We love Surfside and we’re gonna come back again. We’re gonna tell everyone we had the most wonderful time and the weather was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Beach Hotel in Surfside. From the moment we arrived, the valet attendant greeted us with a big smile and made us feel welcome. The check-in process was fast and smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome letter and a bottle of Prosecco to start our kid-free weekend. We enjoyed both breakfast and lunch at the hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly made our stay special. We also want to congratulate Stéphane Caporal for running such a well-managed hotel — it really shows in every detail. We will definitely be back again!

Uneven experience -- beautiful property, nice room, pleasant staff, but issues with wi-fi and elevators, along with housekeeping making a few errors, marred the weekend. I would give this hotel another try. A sold B+ for me.
