“Air conditioners don’t work and nobody cares.”

We stayed here during the Christmas holidays 2024. We were paying $800 US plus tax for our room per night. The room had no air conditioning did not work and the management did not seem to care. They offered no help or compensation or cared about fixing it and we were here for 10 days. One of our kids kept waking up all night, which kept us up because of the heat in the room. We spoke to the manager, Ron who seemed to not care at all. I would highly not recommend this place.

Absolutely a terrible experience. The AC does not work in the hotel because they are built into the walls. The staff will actually tell you that it does not work. Ron at the front desk is absolutely Terrible to deal with. He’s extremely condescending. The hotel is very run down and might have been decent at most 10 years ago. Beware stay anywhere else

“THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIFE”

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel IN MY LIFE. The hotel has known issues with air conditions not working. We had to change rooms only to find ourselves backing onto a TERRIBLY LOUD loading dock at the rear half of the hotel. Every morning we were woken up at 6am lasting until about 8am. The hotel staff mocked us and made the situation worse than you can imagine. Terrible hotel managers that made us feel like garbage.
