We stayed here during the Christmas holidays 2024. We were paying $800 US plus tax for our room per night. The room had no air conditioning did not work and the management did not seem to care. They offered no help or compensation or cared about fixing it and we were here for 10 days. One of our kids kept waking up all night, which kept us up because of the heat in the room. We spoke to the manager, Ron who seemed to not care at all. I would highly not recommend this place.

Absolutely a terrible experience. The AC does not work in the hotel because they are built into the walls. The staff will actually tell you that it does not work. Ron at the front desk is absolutely Terrible to deal with. He’s extremely condescending. The hotel is very run down and might have been decent at most 10 years ago. Beware stay anywhere else
