What a delightful experience !!!!! I highly recommend booking your next spa experience with Bamford Wellness Spa. From the moment you walk in until you leave you will feel relaxed and balanced. The ambiance is super and the staff are warm and welcoming. I would like to specially acknowledge Denise. She provided me with the most spectacular birthday massage ever!!! I chose the Himalayan Salt Stone Massage and have no regrets! Thank you so very much for exceptional service and ultimate relaxation.

Juan was incredible - the highlight of my best friend’s birthday celebration. His smile, attentive service and genuine kindness made us feel like VIPs at New York’s top spot. Better than any server in years; I’d only return for him. Kudos to the hotel! Food was outstanding, drinks even better, but Juan’s positivity sealed the deal.
