“Decent stay, great location—but service and amenities left room for improvement”

I stayed at a AC Miami Beach for a week and had a mixed experience. The location was great—right near the beach and close to restaurants and nightlife. The room was small and dark. Service was a miss. Some staff were friendly and helpful, while others seemed indifferent. Amenities like the rooftop pool and gym were fine but nothing special. Overall, it was an okay stay. Not terrible, but not memorable either. If you're looking for a convenient spot near the beach and don't mind average service, it might work for you.
