Great service at front desk and in restaurant. Frank and Priscilla at front desk were outstanding. Rooftop pool with view - wonderful! The place had a warm, welcoming, timeless elegance.

We stayed for 2 nights, we booked 1 double and 1 twin room. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. The reception team were incredibly friendly and helpful. Only issue we had was that the blind wouldn't open in the bedroom and toilet door wouldn't shut properly in the double room, but to be honest didn't cause us any problems. The hotel was very quiet at night and we all slept well. We would definitely return.

Actually at the Gale as I write this. Came here for the weekend to meet my wife who is traveling to SoBe for work. Hotel has a great vibe to it. The hotel staff is very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Rooms are a bit spartan, no chair, limited closet space, and a weird fridge. Club downstairs is a great place and unique. The adjoining restaurant is meh with terrible wait staff and so so food but the manager makes it work an is on it. Sat on the front patio w a glass of wine waiting for my wife to fly in but was asked to move as the restaurant doesn't want people out there after closing. Just wanted to sit and watch people in the streets doing the downpour until she arrived so that was disappointing. Overall, I would come back but not for the restaurant.
