“Nice boutique hotel, great view”

Great location and views from the room- loved the well-equipped kitchenette, and good sofa bed for child. Nice little boutique hotel- not too massive, always room at pool and beach even during spring break, not too loud. Beachside team were lovely, staff throughout were very nice and pleasant. Drinks / in room dining was pricey but there are plenty of local options to eat or cook instead.

Stayed at Solé Miami, A Noble House Resort with my family last weekend, five of us total, and it was a great experience all around. Check-in was smooth and fast. We were in our room in under 10 minutes, even with the hotel running close to full capacity. Valet was just as efficient. Never had to wait long for the car, which makes a big difference when you’re traveling with kids. The room had an incredible view overlooking both the ocean and the intracoastal. Easily one of the highlights. What really stood out was how easy they make the beach experience. You show your room card, they handle everything. Towels, chairs, umbrella, all set up for you. Then staff comes by for drinks and food. It completely removes the usual hassle of going to the beach. No parking stress, no hauling gear. Just show up and relax. For the price you’re paying, that alone makes it a great value. Poolside bar was solid. Fast service, good drinks, and a friendly staff. Same vibe across the board. Everyone was responsive and had a great attitude, even with the place being busy. The on-site restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food is good and the convenience makes it worth it when you don’t feel like going out. Location is another big win. You can walk to nearby restaurants, the area feels safe, and the beach itself is beautiful. Overall, really strong value for Sunny Isles. Would definitely come back.

Front desk talked us into a room upgrade. We already had an ocean view but the upgrade had a kitchen and living area and she confirmed it had a balcony. Balcony was so small you couldn’t put a small chair on it. Room stayed consistently above 70 degrees and beds were uncomfortable. Bar closes at 10 PM every night, including weekends. Otherwise, Staff was great.
