The hotel

13 individually suites featuring custom Italian marble, oversized bathrooms, separate living rooms and expansive closets. All suites include air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi access, cable TV, mini bar*, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bathrobe, and bathroom amenities.

Superior Suites are 550 sq ft in size, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Exceptional Suites are 700 sq ft in size, featuring a private terrace, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, as well as the option of two additional full-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

One Bedroom Suites are 1500 sq ft in size, featuring a private terrace, sleeping maximum 4 people.

The Venus Suite features two balconies overlooking Ocean Drive and the Mosaic pool, in-room stereo system, oversized shower, and bedroom with double queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Gianni's Master Suite features two balconies overlooking Ocean Drive and the Mosaic pool, a bedroom sitting alcove, his and hers closets, oversized double-head shower, and a double king-sized bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Daily breakfast included. Onyx Bar (serving sophisticated cocktails and fine wine selections). Restaurant Gianni’s At The Villa (refined continental cuisine, open for lunch and dinner).

Please note: Gianni's Restaurant is open to the public for lunch and dinner reservations. Hotel guests receive 10% discount at dinner.

Do yourself a favor and avoid staying at this place. I must say it is sad to see the former Versace mansion wilt in a state of disrepair, but that's the case. The current owner seems all to happy to avoid maintaining all the beautiful details. And when they did decide to fix up the place, such as in our bathroom, they chose the lowest quality… Read more

And when they did decide to fix up the place, such as in our bathroom, they chose the lowest quality fixtures with equally sloppy workmanship. Fixtures installed upside down, holes in the wall, etc etc. Oh, and that pool? Hope you like swimming in it while a hundred restaurant guests stare at you. Honestly, this is a cheesy restaurant with a couple afterthought hotel rooms above it. Don't waste your money. There are FAR nicer hotels on South Beach for the cost. Read less

The service and food was impressive! I took my husband for his birthday and it was one of the best experiences, especially if you have an admiration for Gianni Versace. We felt his presence that’s for sure! Highly recommend! Talia the front desk manager bent over backwards to make our experience memorable! ❤️❤️
