Where is it

Conveniently located in the heart of South Beach. Distance from Miami International Airport: 11 miles. The driving distance and time it takes to get from the airport to the hotel can vary depending on traffic conditions, but it typically takes around 20-30 minutes by car.

Hotel information

All rooms come with HEPA air filters, WiFi, LCD TV, Keetsa mattress, filtered tap water, Nespresso machine, soft cotton robes, cotton slippers, separate rain shower and bath, Bamford bath products. 

City View Rooms are 550 - 700 sq ft with either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

City View Two Kings with balcony. 650 sq ft, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

City View One-Bedroom suite with balcony. 950 sq ft, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Complimentary access to the Tesla electric vehicles for rides within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. The fully electric Audi e-tron house car is available from 9am-9pm on a first come first serve basis and will take you within 3-mile radius. 

Valet parking $30 plus tax, per day (payable locally, subject to change).

Habitat - (breakfast daily 7am - 11.30am, a la carte menu daily until 11:00am. Lunch daily 12pm - 2pm. Dinner Sun - Thur  6pm - 10pm, Fri – Sat  6pm -11pm). Plnthouse (plant-based cuisine and locally sourced organic fare). Neighbors (on the go). The Sandbox (located on the 3rd floor next to the pool). Drift Bar and Lounge (open 12pm - late night)

4 Swimming pools including a rooftop pool, located 18 stories above the beach (closed between Aug 20th - Sept 19th). Seedlings Kids Club*. Complimentary bikes. Gym.

Had a beautiful experience at breakfast in 1 Hotel. What made it even more special were our amazing waitresses, Rosangela and Haezle, who took such great care of us and surprised my friend for her birthday. Thank you so much — we’ll definitely be back!

My girlfriends and I had a much needed girls getaway to Miami and 1 Hotel was such a great place to stay.  Even though the rain poured down, we stayed positive with such a warm and friendly staff and environment. Lobby security were so kind helping us dry off from the ferocious wind and rain. They pointed to a lovely fruit bowl that was free for guests. And btw, the oranges were so yummy!. A treat to reset ourselves from a crazy flight to MIA. Our room was very well thought out!  Set the mood for a relaxing and chill weekend.  We had a nice view of the center pool and the rooms around us were quiet.  I’ve stayed at other hotels that the floor was filled with kids running up and down the halls.   Maria and Lita, the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful because we did need a few extra towels and a bucket of ice. The bar downstairs had great drinks and friendly bartenders.  Jake (or maybe Jack) was great at helping us decide the perfect Friday Miami cocktail to wind down and enjoy the ambiance of the lobby. Saturday, it poured! So we chose the spa and gym. Gym was very large and had free classes. The spa had cool treatments but was already booked for the morning. Bojan’s boxing class was a legit boxing class and just what we needed to hit out our rainy day blues. Andrew’s abs and boot camp class had as laughing and sweating at the same time!  How was that possible?!   The cafe by the gym had AMAZING cauliflower pizza and smoothies!  Get the chocolate and mango one! Giancarlo was so kind and helpful. Sunday, weather couldn’t have been nicer!   There was a quiet lower level pool with a spectacular view for the sunrise.  The pool area had spf 50 and 70 and had a great scent.  Fancy!  The lay out chairs were extra large and I actually could actually read and relax.  Took a dip in that pool before I notice it start to get crowded with families.   We finished with a trip to Brickell for bottomless Brunch,a great tip from the lobby staff, Mikael.
