The hotel

Looking to do your Miami vacation in style? Look no further. The meticulously designed Miami Beach EDITION offers beachfront luxury combined with the stylish, cool vibes that scream Miami. With a range of rooms available, it's the bungalows that really stick out to us - they offer that bit more room and privacy in the resort, and you can even upgrade to one with a private plunge pool on your terrace if you fancy. Now when it comes to dining, you have to experience the innovative dishes in the Matador Room, designed by Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. But don't worry, there's plenty of casual options too, and you can even enjoy food and drinks from Tropicale on the comfort of your sun lounger. Now Miami isn't short of bars and entertainment, but if you're sticking close to home, take a trip down to the BASEMENT, where you can bowl, drink and even ice-skate your night away.

From the moment we checked in, Anne was very helpful and gave us a pleasant check in experience with great conversation! The name is not coming to me but KRod or whoever works the front door is awesome, he helped us identifying an uber driver that we matched with that never picks up so he helped save us time allowing us to get where we’re going on time! Lovely group of people with great attitudes and their energy had a positive effect on us! Can’t wait to come back. Photos are of their marketplace and beach chair which comes with your stay first come first serve Read less

I stayed here with two friends in the City King Suite, and the experience was appalling from start to finish. At check-out, my friends asked the front desk to ship a sweater I accidentally left behind. The staff member assured us he would handle everything—but that turned out to be a blatant lie. My sweater was left forgotten in the office for more than two weeks, completely ignored. Despite my multiple follow-up calls, the hotel repeatedly denied any knowledge of this interaction, claiming that there may have been a "miscommunication". Only after insisting did a more competent staff member search the office and finally recover my sweater. I genuinely feel sorry for the capable employees forced to work under such poor management. The stay itself was no better. The City King Suite, surrounded by glass on three sides, had curtains that let in blinding sunlight every morning—I could not get any proper sleep. The AC unit was either broken or so loud it was unusable. On top of that, we were falsely charged for minibar items we never touched. From the way this place operates, it seems like scamming guests is business as usual. Given the chaos, lack of accountability, and dishonest staff, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Other reviews have even mentioned theft by staff members—I can easily believe it. After what happened, I’m just thankful it was only a sweater involved and not cash or valuables. This hotel’s management appears designed to protect incompetence and unethical behavior, not its guests. This so-called 5-star hotel maintains its status through blatant lies and deceit of customers, protecting incompetent staff instead of serving its guests. Read less

We went there for a weekend away and it was just what we needed. Astride helped me plan out an amazing engagement. She paid attention to the little details and was so accommodating. Would definitely recommend working with her and the team for your special event. 10/10

Hardest working employee with great customer service skills as well as Julie- the pool manager. Needed to work for a business meeting and got the cabana thinking I would have a nice set up for power. Pictures attached. Also a broken safe in my room that never got fixed; A clogging sink; Staff napping around the pool with no clue how to help the power situation; no soap in the outdoor bathroom dispensers. All things one would think at a 4.7* hotel would all be handled and watched accordingly. The hotel was nice, but won't stay again! Read less
