Frank help us with us with our bags and guessed the correct weight for Tsa, due to my husband having bottles inside. One day the pool was closed , but they had an arrangement with the hotel across the street for access. I had a fulty refrigerator in the room and they quickly fixed it. They had a night club on the lower level that we went to , but upon arrival the manager down there rudely told us that we need to go outside and check in there. I feel like, if u stay there you should be allowed into the nightclub. Because we are the ones that have to listen to the music all night. but that did not reflect on my hotel stay. I would not go to the night club again. . But the Hotel stay was great.

Very clean, hotel and the staff are professional and friendly. The location is perfect, near the beach and easy to access by car. The only issue that I encountered was that the minifridge was smelling bad. Special thanks to the lady at night shift!

We stayed here as a stop over before we got a cruise. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful and there were lots of restaurant bars and shops nearby. It is just a block away from miami beach. I would stay here again.

I planned our company retreat here and it was a wonderful experience. Great location and exceptional staff, specially Gret at the front desk! He was incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating with all the multiple requests I had for our group. He made our time here great and seamless! 10/10 recommend this hotel for business and pleasure!
