“Why Is This The Best South Beach Hotel For Me?”

I could have chosen other hotels with higher rates and more amenities but I always book with Breakwater. This place and the room I always request is my home away from home, of course, with different sceneries. Location is also walkable to many restaurants and shops . I have noticed some of the staff are new but the atmosphere and friendliness still unchanged or gotten better. Special mention to Lily, the manager for checking that everything is going smoothly throughout my stay and also to Jorge for resolving the billing issue with AAvacations. I'm looking forward to next stay. Thanks!

“Hotel stole money from my credit card and still have not returned it”

I recently stayed at Breakwater in August 2025 The hotel took £438 out of my credit card by accident and assured me it would be payed back. I tried to contact the hotel via email but they don’t reply. Virgin holidays contacted the hotel and I was advised the hotel would pay my money back. Still no money has been payed back. Do not stay at this hotel. Complete rip off
