We had a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived! Check-in was wonderful, and Julie and Leah were an absolute dream—so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Being greeted with champagne at check-in was such a lovely touch, and they even allowed us to check in early, which made us feel extra special right from the start. Our room was spotless, modern, and beautifully up to date. Raphael was absolutely superb! He took the time to walk us through all the room's amenities and made sure we didn't miss a thing. He also showed us the view from our balcony, which was absolutely breathtaking! The on-site restaurant, Baia was a 10/10! From the delicious food to the atmosphere and outstanding service, everything was exceptional. It was truly a highlight of our stay. Checkout was just as seamless as check-in, and the team graciously held our bags after checkout until we were ready to depart. Another example of the outstanding hospitality we experienced throughout our visit. Every interaction made us feel welcomed and appreciated. A huge thank-you to Julie, Leah, Raphael, and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel!

Paris was our waitress by the pool for a few days. She was amazing and made sure we always had drinks and checked on us regularly.
