“Stay at the Betsy”

Hotel team was very lovely. Food was good. George at the concierge desk was very helpful and nice, he assisted me through my stay. Hotel team in general was always there to assist and advise. Location is lovely as well. The beach is just across the street.

We went The Alley to get pizza and it was fantastic. Our server Gabriel Z was amazing - super friendly and helpful. Pepperoni pizza was great, and soft serve was delicious.

I just returned from the most wonderful stay at The Betsy in South Beach, and I can honestly say this hotel is something truly special. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Juan warmly welcomed us and was ready to help with anything we needed. Manager Chris went above and beyond throughout our stay—including graciously arranging a very late check-out. We stayed in the Penthouse and wow… it’s even more spectacular than the photos and description. Every detail, and every view from the enormous private roof top patio. It all exceeded expectations. The restaurant and nightly entertainment are a destination on their own—you get incredible food and live music right in the lobby of your hotel. It’s the perfect blend of energy, elegance, and that classic Miami Beach charm. If you’re planning a trip to South Beach/Miami Beach, The Betsy is THE place to stay for location, service, and the very best Miami Beach experience. Highly recommend! 🌴✨
